Traveling along side of the forest was a minty looking stallion. The ironic thing was, his name was Mint Chocolate. Prancing along the stallion had a big grin on his face, He had just left his boys home just a couple of hours ago. Mint was on his way home to see his mother. Stopping at a small stream, he dipped his muzzle into the waters and took a small drink. His tail flicked back and forth as he snorted. He loved being away for a couple of hours from everything. But he did miss Maddox and his mother dearly.

Quenthel loved the way the sun glinted through her vision. It felt so sweet to just run around carefree. She had no agenda today, there wasn't really anything to do anyway. The shadowy mare galloped on feeling the ground shift under her hoofs. She followed the trickle of water next to her. She noticed another in the distance. Slowing she spied the chocolaty soquili. Smiling she sidled up the other side of the stream. "Hello."

A voice caught his ears. Quickly he looked up at noticed the mare standing on the other side of the stream. She was gorgeous. “Well, hello. ”He gave her a smile.” Nice day to be out isn't it?” The water that he had in his mouth kind of tinkled down his neck after he took another sip of the stream.

She laughed, "Yep. It really is." He was sweet and not a bad looker either. Her smile widened at the thought. It was always fun to meet other soquili, but this male was surprisingly different than the other soquili she has met. Well the last male she met was crying when she ran into him, so that's a big difference. This male though, seemed to be carefree and in a good mood. She was glad to see a smile. "I'm Quenthel. What brings you around here?"

Laughing with her he took another sip from the stream. Looking at her, he had never seen a Unicorn before, so it surprised him greatly. He met an angeni and Kirin/Kalona mix. So he hadn't seen much. Mint was in a very good mood indeed.” Mint Chocolate.” He smiled at his name. Then started to speak again.” I was just leaving my Maddox's teepee, then going to see my mother at home. What about you?"

The name was fitting. He looked like a mint chocolate dessert. Another smile crossed her face. Quenthel wondered what he was thinking as he looked at her. She looked around at everything, wondering what she was up too. Really it was nothing but to feel the sun on her back and let her mane fly. She loved the feel of nature. "Well actually I was just running around. I love to wander around when I'm free." As if she had much to do other than walk around and talk with friends. "That's really sweet that you are visiting your mom."

Splashing a bit of the water at the mare, he grinned. “Oops. ”He said softly. Looking at her more, he just couldn't believe how gorgeous she was. Her markings so simple, but it made her gorgeous.” As do I, Though I’m not able to get out as much now days, I spend most of my time with Maddox or My mother.” Nodding quietly he thought of his mother.” I know, I’d be lost without her."

The water was cool and shocking. She backed away before another possible splash could be in the future. With a little grin she splashed a bit of water onto the stallion. Laughing she tried to protect herself from the water, again stepping a few steps back. His voice, his colors, he was magnificent. He caught her off guard but that was okay, she was looking forward to becoming friends with Mint. Of course, if it was okay with him. "Hopefully you are happy to be spending time with them. My mother went with my father to travel the lands. I haven't seen them in forever, but I do know they are okay. I just know it." She spoke trying to still be close enough to be heard but far enough in case more water was targeted towards her. "Who is Maddox?"

Mint laughed some as she splashed back. He surely wasn't shy, jumping into the water he crossed over to her side of the stream. Looking at her he smiled. They acted like love struck foals, or maybe it was like that weird love at first sight stuff.” I am. Of course I couldn't ever be unhappy.” Listening to her speak about her parents made him wonder.” hats good, But do you not live with anyone? No one at all?” His eyes got big and kind of stuttered out a bit. “M -Maddox...He's kind of like my boyfriend..."Looking away a little down the stream he sighed.” Its nice having him there, just..."He looked back to her.” I miss having another there."

He surprised her with his jump. Smiling she danced a little in place. Inside the giddy mare, she was so happy that he had crossed the little stream. He was so kind and playful. Not living with someone? Why did that sound so lonely now? "No, I don't live with anyone. I have friends but I don't know." She blushed from embarrassment. She hadn't thought about the fact that she lived alone in a long time. The next words shocked her and it stopped her giddiness for a second. Boyfriend. He already. She didn't process much before he started to talk about missing having a female around. Those words lifted her spirits. She jumped around him, prancing excitedly. Realizing that she probably looked like a fool. She stood and looked at Mint smiling. "I bet he is really nice. I'm sure you have tons of female friends."

Tugging on her mane playfully he watched her dance in place. His smile went away when he heard she lived with no one.” hats sad. Why not find someone to share your home with?” He said softly with a reassuring smile, it made him laugh slightly seeing the slight blush upon her beautiful coat. When she went silent, did she think of him differently because of him having a boyfriend? He was confused. Then she just starting prancing around him. His eyes watched her peacefully as she did so.” He can be a big meanie, but he's a sweet heart to me.” Looking away he shook his head slowly.” Not really. I had a mare...then she left."

When he tugged on her mane, she laughed out. Blushing again, she tried to hide it. Playfully she tugged at his mane as well. Nudging him with her nose. "Well I never really found someone that wanted to stay with me. Though I never really asked anyone. I do have friends though."
Confused about Maddox, she wondered why he would be dating someone that was mean. He cleared it up, but if she wanted to be his friend....would Maddox not like it. For some reason she just didn't care at this moment. She was too happy to think much on it right now. She bowed her head in silence for a moment. Left him? Why would she do that? She saw that it upset him and didn't know if she should ask about it. Maybe he would tell her someday. With that she nuzzled his neck for a quick second. "Please don't be sad. If she left, she wasn't very nice." She smiled, hoping to lift his spirits. Questions could be asked later.
