Hi! I'm new here, but I saw the encouragment to post new topics, so here I go ^^ This topic is for those who like to use mods, so mod haters, get out for the sake of the health of your eyesight ;-D Feel free to discuss which kind of mods you like best, which actual mod is your favorite, which sites you love to downlaod them from, anyhing mod related things in general. Some recommended sites for newbies in modding: http://www.tesnexus.comhttp://planetelderscrolls.gamespy.com/ (My avast in the last few days screams when I visit it, so use it at your own risk, tough I'm 99% sure it has no threat)

I have tons of favorites, for now I'd like to mention my current favorite: There is one which converts your morrowind game's world into Oblivion graphics, very amazing! The other is a mod with a new guild, the archeologists. It has horrible voices, but the story is well designed, and adds a pretty long questline to your world.

I do like the character mods. Since the default people are rather.. Ugly. If I had Oblivion on the computer, I'd be a dremora. (:

Man I have a long list of favorites. I could list armor and race mods all day but I'll narrow it down.
DarNIFied UI HGEC and Robert's Male body mods Black Luster Armors Apachii's God and Goddess stores Adash, City of Magic (God I can't wait for him to finish that one for Skyrim) Oscuro's Oblivion Overhaul (Even if it won't work on my computer anymore! crying ) CoBL - Especially THE LUGGAGE. It snuggles. And the All-in-One-Basement. Shield on Back Archaeology Guild - The Lost Spires Sirens and Tritons races AFK_Weye - added quest line and house in Weye, just outside of the Imperial City, well done, no voices Reznod's Mannequins - Just be careful with some armor mods, if you accidentally hit certain modded armors with spells it kind of freaks out. Glenvar Castle - Totally awesome house mod with quests... just don't go for it until you're like, level 8... Book tracker and Keyring ... Just what they said. Very handy.
I have a few quest mods I haven't played yet, since OOO crapped out and corrupted my install halfway through the main quest (I couldn't get near Kvatch and I was doing one of OOO's quest lines and needed to get there, eventually the install just gave up) but they look good and are highly rated:
Malevolent Verona House Bloodlines Tears of the Fiend

You should try Malevolent, it's really cool. It includes also the tears of the fiend, so you shouldn't DL both of them. HGEC <3 also Vilja and Kvatch rebuilt. Cats and Rats is also cool.

I LOVE graphic re-hauls and have a bunch for my Oblivion and Morrwind. I am more of a Morrowind person tbh. I have actually made a mod for Morrowind.
It has to do with Tarhiel, practice for me on Quests AND adds some story to the silly falling dude.
My Quest.
Some of my favorite mod makers are Vurt and Abot.
Vurt is more grapical things, as Abot is more for like...creature things and mounts. They both rock.

Man, my Kvatch Rebuilt has always refused to work. That's one mod I always wanted to do and never got to.

Most of the mod issues can be solved by: 1) updating your game and 2) correcting your mod order

I have a 360, and I was wondering if Modio actually allows you to mod games the way I see on YouTube, or just character stats and stuff. I'd really like to mod my games...saw on for Skyrim that had an airship a la final fantasy.

You have to download like three programs on your cpu then rip you save and gamertag off your xbox to a flashdrive format it to your computer then get the mods installed reformat it for the 360 and tranfer it all back.

So it isn't just Modio, then? That's all I've seen seen so far, and like I said, that just seems to be stats. And yeah, even that seemed like a pain, but I'd be willing to try something at least once...assuming my friend will let me borrow her computer, lol.
