[Enters]
Inazuma ran towards the docks from the adress that came on the box. "Okay it says he'll be in a ship......But which one?" He looks around and see's nothing but boat and ships. He continues to walk with the box in hand still looking. "Where the hell is this guy?" Inazuma shouted until he saw the ship he looking for. "Oh...there it is." He walked on the ship and looked around. "Hellooooo? Anybody here? I got a package for....I.C. Wiener? God I hope this isn't a joke." He continued looking until he saw a bloody body trying to crawl away from something. "Run." The man whispered. "Inazuma ignoring the man peaked around the corner and saw a group of men wearing the E.A.E delivery uniform. "I don't see it anywhere boss." "Well keep looking you moron!" Inazuma backed up bumping into a vase and knocking it over. "You heard that? go check it out you dumbasses." Two men came towards the spot where Inazuma was but saw nothing. "It's nothing boss. I guess it was this guy." The man pulled out a gun and shot the dying "customer". "Well lets go tell the leader the package is nowhere on the ship." The three men fixed their uniforms and left the area quickly. Inazuma was hiding on the ceiling and watched the whole thing happen. "Holy crap." He jumped off the ceiling and ran off the ship as fast as he could. Heading towards Suki's place.

(Enters from Ocean, Pg.1)
Plado reached the Docks and parked itself in one of the spaces. Fozzil and the group leaped off Plado's back.
"You wait here, Plado. And no biting the locals." Plado nodded in agreement.
"Quite a caring animal, isn't she?" Tom asked.
"Yeah! We go back a long time. Through thick and thin, you could say." Fozzila answered.

Fozzil and the group walked into town, getting looks by a few for being newcomers and their interesting, yet out of the ordinary ride.
"Don't worry. I get these looks all the time. It's called being new." Tom told Fozzil and Jenna, who understood as they looked back at the surprised villagers.
Suddenly, Fozzil's nose caught the scent of some succulent food. His instincts got the better of him an he raced towards the source.
"Sorry about that. He gets like that when food is nearby and he hasn't eaten." Jenna told Tom, who would have probably asked her about that.
"Ah, no problem, I get the same way when I haven't fed." Tom replied as they continued following Fozzil.
"Do you know where he went?" Jenna asked, looking around for signs of Fozzil.
"Here." Tom said as they stopped in front of a restaurant, labeled Suki's Restaurant. "I've been before. Not a bad place, if you ask me.
Tom walked up to the entrance and Jenna followed close behind.

(The calm seas breeze fills the air.)
"Ah the waves are looking pretty good today" A local fisherman says as he's sits on the dock peacefully waiting for a fish to bite his lure "Im sure to catch something good today ha ha yes sir . . . .Hmm whats this now?" He cups his hands together and looks into the distance but what he see's completely baffles him. It's to far away to tell it only appears as several black dots Some in the sky as well. "Are those... Ships?" He says to himself confused, he then scratches his head "Can't be there hasn't been any ships by here since that Era eighteen years ago. It must be my eyes acting up again i see them in the sky to. I knew i should have brought my glasses" the old man said as he turned his attention back to fishing.

(Enters Ryutokai The Docks from Konjou's Shopping District, continued from page 3.)
(From the distance of the docks.)
With Spyther walking across the waves of a large body of water, he notices the E.A.E. ships within the distance, inching closer for Ryutokai and preparing for their raid.
"As expected, they've brought plenty of men and won't be short handed with those 3 only a sea away." Spyther noted, now picking up speed by sliding on top on the water with a skating motion and moving closer to the ships.
"I'd better slip by them underwater, I'd cause too much of a commotion if even any of them get a glimpse of me, especially, on the water." He pondered, slowly submerging underneath the surface as a small air bubble appears over his head. With some air manipulation, each paddle was a powerful stroke, shooting through the water and easily clearing past the ships.
After gaining a large lead ahead of the ships, the bottom of the docks are seen underwater, Spyther rising from the water and onto the dock above. When he arose, it was in an isolated area where no one was around to see him as he manipulated the water from off of his clothes and guided it back to the sea.
"So, this is where that traitor supposedly came to hide from the E.A.E. It's pretty nice. I hope it remains that way during the aftermath." He pondered as he wandered the city streets. "Where would I hide and important item like that?" He looks around and notices the Courier's office as and idea pops into his mind, "Hmm, an independent mailing system free from the E.A.E.'s control? Probably this guy's last line of defense, I'll check it out." He enters into the Courier's Office.
(Exits The Docks and Enters the Courier's Office.)

[As time went by the the small black dots that old fisherman had seen was in fact what he thought to be ships but not just any kind they were of the war variety and they weren't coming here to ask questions] The huge metal ships crashes into the bay destroying most of the wooden docks. The old man who had to be on one of those docks stumbles and falls into the water. The helicopters fly over Ryutokai filling the air with their loud annoying buzzing causing the peaceful citizens to wonder whats going on. A few seconds later the front of the ships open up causing a large clank sound to be heard when they make contact with the ground. And just like an angry swarm of bee's troops come pouring out filling up the docking area as they line up row after row single file as they await their next command.   Female Design Male design. general weapon design but they vary.  Yin and yang two halfs that cannot live without the other. In the darker side there is a tiny small circle of white in the dark, stating that their is some light in dark. On the lighter half of the circle there is a small dark circle inside of the light. Even the lightest of the things have a bit of dark in them just as even the darkest of things have a bit of light to them. This is what i based the common E.A.E's outfit off of the female's portraying the light side but also having a small hint of black in their outfit and the male outfit portraying the darker side but also having a splash of white. Two half's that never should be or could separated.

[The troops stand still not moving a muscle. A few moments goes by until another person comes out of the carrier ship. This stranger seems to have a higher authority than the rest seeing how they salute as the stranger makes it towards the front. The stranger appears to be a women who is very short but has impressively long hair. A large scythe accompanies her back. she appears to be wearing a similar outfit to the troops as well as face plate and hat.  [As the troops ready themselves, just then an old man appears and confronts them] "Im mayor of this town, Whats going on here? Who are you people?" He ask The small one with the scythe turns around and answers "Im Kyoja commander and captain of the 1st division and we are known as the E.A.E." She says as she removes her scythe from her back and points it at the old man "And we have reason to believe that their is an artifact around here. So if you could be so kind as if to hand it over that would be just lovely" The old man gets on his knee's and bows "please this is a peaceful town we don't want any trouble. If i knew what you were talking about i would be more than happy to help you but i don't even have the sliest clue on what your talking about. Please don't do anything rash." He pleads "No clue huh... Well let's just see if we can jog that memory of yours" Kyoja snaps her fingers and instantly a ship fires off one of it's cannons destroying a nearby building and setting flames to the area. "Do you remember where it is now?" She asks intimidatingly "A-ah p-please i beg you stop this at once i don't know what your talking about" The old man pleads again

(Enters The Docks from the Couier's Office, continued from page 2.)
Spyther watches from the alleyways as the war ships approach the city and dismounts it's many soldiers, some of the high ranking member not looking familiar to him as they begin to open fire on the town.
"Hmm? Commander Kyoja? She doesn't look or sound familiar and neither does her matching lackeys." He thought, mostly eying the ship they came from and an idea popped into his head but, it required patience and or a distraction. Not having either, he continued to wait and carefully watch them.

In an instant kyoja is in front of the man with her scythe's crescent sharp edge around the old man's neck "If you truly don't know what were talking about. Then you wouldn't mind if we had a little look around town now hmmm?" She asks with a mischievous smirk eyes hidden by her mask.
"N-n-no go right on ahead" He says terrified
"Good..." She says as she gently eases the scythe away from the old man's neck. Koyja turns around to her troops quickly her long cape flutters in the air
"Listen up our mission is to find the artifact and retrieve it by any means necessary. As you search don't leave any stone unturned even if it means we have to destroy this whole entire town understood!?" She yells at the troops YEAH!!!!!!The troops yell back as they salute
"Who's the tallest of them all?" She ask holding out her ear
(Note she is very self conscious about her height)
KYOJA IS HOORA HOORA! They yell back
"HA Ha and don't forget it!" She says loving every second of the compliment "Now it's..... Showtime!" She yells out
The troops yell loudly as they charge into town busting into homes and checking or breaking anything that looks suspicious"
(This is going to be a piece of cake) she thinks to herself
(At this point anyone can step in anytime)

Just then a whole bunch of grunts swarm all over her in front, back everywhere "How dare you address the great Kyoja with such a tone" One says holding out a gun pointed at Spyther. The rest aim at Spyther as well "Easy guys i'll handle this one" She says as she walks to the front of the line. "Now wha-" Just then she is cut off and her communicator wrist watch starts to talk. "Kyoja come come in, we just found something you might want to see get here qui_ " She cut's him off "How many times have i told you not to cut me off while im speaking!!" She yells back into the watch "S-sorry But it's important" He says back "*sigh* fine where are you?" she asks "Where outside at the end of town. The dragon shrine that we heard about you should be able to see it from high up" He instructs "Ok cutting transmission" She then looks at Spyther "Terribly sorry but we have to cut our conversation short looks like im needed elsewhere. She jumps on top of a nearby building and looks into the distance ahead "Ah there it is.... Oh and before i go you guys can do what you want with the stranger he is of no concern of mine" She says as she jumps from building to building heading towards the shrine "Understood" The groups of troops surround Spyther in an instant

As Spyther overhears her conversation with someone over her communicator, taking note of her next destination that was mentioned. He watches as she leaves, Spyther now angry as he clenches his teeth and inhales the entire cigar in one drag.
"How dare the the so called 'Great Kyoja' dismiss me as if I were one of you uniform fools. That will a decision she will regret at the cost of all your lives and her's as well!" He shouts as the ground shakes around the group and large roots emerge from below the his feet, shielding him from their gun fire. On the outside of the roots, small branches slowly start to growing outward then extending in size and in length, jutting out at the grunts as many of them were impaled and unable to escape.
As the branches were stopped by the building surrounding them, they retract back into the source, the blood of the grunt were spilled everywhere as the curtain of roots that shielded Spyther returned to the ground.

A female grunt aims a fully loaded bazooka at Spyther and shoots while the others stand on guard "Swooosh!" The missle heads straight for Spyther

As the missile flew toward Spyther, he raised his hand with his claws extended and with a quick wave of his arm, a projectile flies back and destroys the missile. It explodes about half the distance from him, a cloud of dust and smoke appears as Spyther disappears, a grunt yelling out in pain as blood is spilled on the ground. Going in a circle one by one, the yells of grunts continue as he takes them out one by one under the cover of the lingering smoke.
