"Wonder what kinda butterfly you're gonna be," she murmured as she watched. She loved butterflies, especially the colorful ones. She wondered if, when the caterpillar made its cocoon, it would come out with the same colors on its body now. With that thought, she sighed and lay down in the grass completely, head resting on her paws. "Wish I could go into a cocoon and come out better..." She knew she was hyper, but why not? Life was fun, and there were tons of things to do, to explore, foxes to meet and make friends with. But Ujo was always telling her she needed to calm down, to look at the more serious side of things. That not everyone was a friend, or a playmate. He constantly told Lahja the same things, but she never seemed too affected by it. Why was it that his words affected Violet more than they did his own daughter? She didn't know the answer to that, only knew that they did and wondered what she could do about it.
"Wonder what Lavitz would say..." she wondered out loud, smiling as she remember their first meeting and the exploration that led to that...whatever it was at the bottom of the lake.

Moving through the forest at a sauntering pace, he would glance from time to time to the trees and how the sunlight shone in through the fading colored leaves. He didn't know what this winter was, but he was somewhat hesitant to face it as he didn't think he could handle snow. So he had started up a search for some place warm to go and hide for the winter. "What would be a good place anyway?" He hadn't the slightest.
He chanced upon the opening of the field and grimaced slightly, he was hoping he could avoid this place as he knew there was really nothing suitable here. But as he was turning he heard the words "What would Lavitz think" spoken by a familiar voice and he turned his head to see none other than Ultraviolet. "What would I think about what?"

The purple fox blinked when she heard a familiar voice behind her. "Lavitz?" she asked , then turned around. She grinned when she saw him and giggled, running up to him. She stopped short, however, before she would normally fling her paws around his neck. Ujo's words still echoed in her head. Instead, she pranced a little excitedly on her paws. "It's good to see you again!" she said smiling. "What have you been up to?" She was kind of avoiding answering his question, since she was a little embarrassed about having been caught talking to herself as well as the subject her thoughts had taken. She would answer him if he asked again, though.

Staring at her bewildered, he had forgotten her hyper movements, and braced himself for a forceful hug, but was shocked to find...he remained untouched. Perplexed he raised an eyebrow and visually expressed his confusion. He could tell something had stopped her, whether be something she saw, or something that was said to her. What it was he wasn't sure, but he could see the energy brimming from her very being as she danced in place. "I agree Violet, it has been too long" he finally said with a small grin on his muzzle, finally releasing tension from his muscles.
"Oh..you know me..wandering" He shrugged it off with a small smile and a quick gaze to the sky. Still he wondered what he had walked into and returned his eyes to hers, letting the smile dissipate just a tad. "Now...about what I asked earlier? What would I think about what?" he inquired tilting his head just ever so

Violet grinned as he smiled. It was always lovely to see another smile, but his smile always seemed to affect her more than another's would. "I bet you've seen lots of neat things!" she said with another giggle. "Ah, um. Well, I've told you before about Ujo, right? Broccoli butt? How mean he is most of the time..." she sighed and looked down, starting to fidget on her paws. "Lately I've kinda been thinking...what if he's right? What if I am too hyper? What if it bothers others and no one wants to say so like he does?" She frowned a little and looked up at him. "And, well, that's what I was wondering...I wanted to know what you thought about all that..."
