User ImageDominica carefully made her way through the wooded area, the morning's light glinting off the droplets of due that still cling to the trees' leaves. The small filly had inherited her mother's eye for shiny things, so couldn't resist having her gaze dart from one sparkle to another. A soft giggle escape from her lips as she fluttered her wings, and since she believed herself alone, allowed herself to dance amongst the foliage.

Father would be displeased that she had wandered off on her own, but she could not resist. Even she needed time away from family. Besides, when with her parents, she couldn't help but watch them closely as her thoughts whirled around such dark things.

Something about them, seemed off. Compared to other parents, they didn't seem to mesh together as well. It was as if they were two puzzle pieces there were still trying to find where they belonged. And what if those two pieces, didn't belong together?

Just the thought of her parents separating caused her young heart to drop. The desire to dance left her as she fell still.
