After school Istas squealed at the snow. She made her way to the park, she was hoping there were other people that she knew there. It was such a winter wonderland everything seemed almost magical. Despite being a senshi snow still had that magical properties that even a senshi couldn't compare to.
She scooped up snow and rolled it into a ball. She was planning on building a snowman, maybe she could have a snow ball fight too. She had set her backpack on a bench nearby as she worked.
She giggled as the snow fell while she was working.

Zac Bantock had shopping to do, he didn't like to wait till the last minute for anything, and lord only knew pickings would be slim after Thanksgiving. Yes they had sales but was it -really- worth the headache and press of people?
It was all well and good, he had a list... he had a plan.
And then he had a 'target'... it was a childish mischief. One that would probably have him 'whitewashed' by the current maker of snowmen but he just couldn't resist. Maybe it was just the infectious nature of the season. Somewhere between Bah Humbug and Seasons Greetings would be right where he sat, at least till he reached down and packed a quick snowball and took aim, lobbing it towards his target with a small smirk.

Bo Hanley preferred summer to winter more than words could humanly express. It didn't mean that the loveliness that was a snowy day was lost on him, especially when there were plenty of photographs to be taken. Wrapped in a ratty hoodie and wearing unlaced boots over a pair of tight jeans, Bo trudged through the white stuff with his chin held high, a smile plastered on his face.
He had only gone a few steps when he noticed Istas playing as well. "I guess I'm not the only one who thought this looked fun," he said, waving at her. "You're from the carnival, right?" He didn't remember her name, but he didn't immediately say so. He might be able to fake his way through it with some creative nicknames.
Crossing over to her, Bo pulled three rocks from the ground and passed them to her. "Buttons," he explained.
And then Bo accidentally walked into the path of the snowball.

Whoops... that hadn't quite gone as planned. The little smirk was quickly replaced by chagrin, particularly at the height of his accidental target.
Dear lord it was just grossly unfair that any human being could be that damned tall, you could get neck strain just trying to make eye contact. Oh well... better to look like he'd been trying to hit an adult right?

Istas grinned. "Hey Bo!" She blinked when a snow ball hit him and giggled. "Oh dear."
She looked around and saw Zac and waved. "HI to you too! Do you want to play? I'm Istas by the way!" She smiled her snowman hadn't gotten too far it was just the bottom half was starting to get large.
She grinned at Bo for bringing buttons. "Thank you Bo!" She paused. "Could you hold them until I get the bottom big enough? I want to make a super tall snowman!" She said trying to make a point of how big.
She however did pack up another snowball and grinned at Zac, "Should I toss it or do you want to?" However, she thought Zac looked only sorta taller than her, maybe he was close to her age?

Snow was something he was accustomed to seeing. He himself spending half his life out in the country side in the north... you learned to get used to walking in hip deep snow. Thankfully, he was tall so unlike his family... he tended to bulldoze through.
Though he was still knew to destiny city, so who the heck knew if it snowed here or not? He didn't remember if it did when he lived here in his childhood...
Passing the park he saw a small group of people, small but growing, gathering together to toss the snow around from what it looked like. Would it be a bit creepy is a 18 year old like himself joined in?.... What the hell why not?
"Need some help with that snow man?" Dietrich smiled approaching the group.

"Err.... Zac... and, feel free." He said with a slightly forced grin and the odd feeling that he was in quite a different situation than he planned on to begin with. "Actually... you know I should really probably..." He trailed off and vaguely indicated his initial direction.

Of ALL the people he could have run into on his run through the park...how perfect was this? He hadn't explained much when he'd gone running out this morning, barely getting past "HOLYCRAPZEEITSSNOWSEEYOULATER!" before dashing out the door while still pulling his shoes on. Needless to say, he was excited. Thankfully he had also managed to get shoes on, and a bright as hell scarf wrapped around his neck. Ah the cold weather, how he loved it so! It let him wear more layers than normal, and this was something to be adored.
"Boo." Demy had snuck his way up behind the shorter boy, putting his hands on Zac's shoulder and his chin on his head. "Zee, you stand still too long in this weather and you'll get buried in snow. Then YOU can be the snowman!"

SNOW.
SNOW.
......SNOOOWWWWWWWWWW.
That was quite the surprise to see when he'd finally left his girlfriend's house that morning - he had to go home, feed his cat, fight to get the feline to stop being annoyed with him, most likely, and he should probably stop to shop for an hostess gift for Tallulah's mother for when he'd go over for Thanksgiving.
But still.
SNOW.
Xavier was trying to behave like an adult. Really, he was. But with all the amazing fluffyness still falling from the sky... well.
It was hard.

"GAH!!" Zac jerked in surprise having been far too distracted by the potential dangers of very tall strangers who could probably lob a full snowman head in his direction to mind anyone coming up behind him. "I will NOT!" He said hotly "Get off... what will people think with you... LEANING all over me good lord!"

"You DO know that friends lean on each other a lot too, right? But you always squirm so much I bet people always jump to further conclusions, and of course they'd be right! Sooo...what's the problem again?" He was grinning away, though at the moment it was taking on a more devious quality.
"Cmooon Zee, I saw that snowball you lobbed. You aren't as serious business as you try to be ninety nine point nine percent of the time. Lighten up a little yeah! Or..do I have to pick you up and haul you around on my shoulders so you can REALLY embrace your inner child?"

Istas giggled, she waved at Dietrich who offered to help wit the snow man. "I'd love some. I'm Istas." She offered her name and was happy to let him help.
She tossed a snowball at Zac when Demy came up behind him she stifled a laugh. "Nice to meet you Zac, who's your friend?" She waved at Demy as well, she chuckled at Demy when he said friends lean on each other.
This was an awesome time for snow. She could make all kinds of friends. She saw Xavier walking across the park. "Xavier!" She called with another giggle.

"We would think your an item, DUH." Dietrich grinned at Zac and Demy with humor in his eyes. Truthfully he was kidding, they looked like just close friends... but hows life without a LITTLE kidding! "Nah, kidding. I mean i dont know for sure but from first glancing you both just look close. Else wise i think the shrimp there would have moved away from you, blond." ..... He should probably ask for names, but he tended to speak what he thought... which tended to get him into trouble.
Well at least he wasn't the only adult having fun here as well. He thought as he eyed Xavier flailing around in the snow.

"They most certainly do NOT... and that is ridiculous to suggest they do, I see VERY little leaning except for couples and you wonder why I object to such... invasive behav...DON'T YOU DARE!" He flustered his cheeks reddening from more than cold. "And I have NO idea what your talking about..." He added trying to look composed and innocent.

"Hey there! Name's Demy, and don't mind what Zac here is saying. We're close buddies, he just doesn't want to admit it!" Hey, he could have busted out the boyfriend status. He didn't! Zac should be thankful. Demy waved a hand to both Istas and Dietrich before going back to his main reason of being here.
Tormenting Zee.
"Cmoooon Zee, people lean on each other a lot. Chill out, yeah? Or...well maybe you need a little HELP with that huh?" And at the word 'help' he knelt down to grab a handful of snow and rub it right in the shorter boy's hair.
