So recently I've been complaining about how bad the spawns are in black ops but it has never occurred to me that I can change this with the tactical insertion. Sure I might not have my equipment but it worth the trade off for a better spawn.

Simple enough, but Tactical Insertions aren't allowed in Free For All or wager matches. Those games are the WORST when it comes to being spawn killed.

Usually when I spawn I go into prone right away then sprint away for cover.
It saves my a** alot of the time.

not too much of an old topic XD, but they said they are workingon better spawn points from what ive read up on as far as updates go. i have no probs with my spawning

I remember there is this one spawn point on Crisis, that when you respawn you are stuck

I only use tac inserts for respawning in hard-to-reach places, like up on the tower that overlooks a huge part of the map in that snow map (can't remember the name). :E But besides that I'm perfectly fine being spawned near enemies I see it more as an advantage, if you're getting spawn killed repeatedly then you just suck. dramallama

Have you ever gotten killed while setting down a tact. insert? Gives the enemy a double kill xD
