Ok so I gotz into programmin and webdesigning recently! Can anyone teach meh like how tew make an awesome banner, siggy, or profile!? I need the dummy version and am willing tew pay yew! Thanks sooo much! Hope I can get help!

it's hard to trust someone we've never met before with payment, so I don't think you'll find anyone that'll help you for your offer of payment on the Internet; plus, these things take time to teach. You should refer to online tutorials, or books instead. But, I will give you a little bit of advice.
Becoming a computer nerd, including your interests for programming and web/graphic design, requires a full understanding of computer literacy and concepts, basic knowledge of mathematics, and average English skills (or your own first-language, which would require you to learn everything about computers in your own language in order to get a full understanding of everything in a much quicker and easier pace), acronyms, synonyms, sentence structure, etc. Becoming familiar with computer, or another technical field is not easy for anyone to master, or get familiar with. It takes a lot of time, practice and patience, along with a lot of studying and reviewing until you get the hang of it. It took me two years to get the hang of it, and another year to learn my first high level programming language, but that's because I was stubborn and tried learning three at once. I strongly suggest sticking with one at a time until you learn a few different languages.
