A tower at the center of the city (i.e. Center of Division) with alarms for any kind of emergency. While normally restricted to members of division, civilians can enter to start the alarm if the situation is dire enough.

  If you harm a single hair on her head, I will rip you apart! Please calm down, there’s no need for violence. Ruka Hana/ Yuka Hana Born of the Flowers Child of Fire/Child of Ice Ruka and Yuka appeared just outside the tower, both looking slightly drained. "You alright Yu?"
"Yes." she righted herself and shook off the exhaustion "Come on. We need to get to the top."
They nodded to each other and ran in. The guards were all gone, so they ran up the stairs to the top of the tower.
"I hate those damn stairs."
"No time for complaining big sis! Come on!"
They ran into the control room and dodged around the few members inside to hit the alarm button. An extremely loud siren began to echo over all of Karakura. The city readied itself, the invasion was known. For what you’ve done, I will end you. You think I’m scary? You ain’t seen nothing yet.

The Six Paths of Pain.
Deva Path
At the top of the tower, the Deva Path appeared as the rain clouds began to what appears to be swirled around above the Alarm tower as the Deva Path pointed down to the tower and a Bala fired out of her finger tip, it was far more powerful than normal bala's it completely blew the the very top of the tower apart as the Deva Path vanished again and appeared inside the now reviled control room. She stared at the people in the control room as they just stared at her then her eyes locked onto Ruka and Yuka, her grayish purple eyes with black ripples looking soul less. She remained quiet just staring.
Now I am free.. but does it mean anything..? What's the point though..? I will always feel only pain..

A sound like a gunshot rang out and air blasted outwards when Elesria teleported into what was left of the room. She looked at the Deva Path and said, "More of you? And here of all places? This is not my day."

Ruka Hana/ Yuka Hana Born of the Flowers Child of Fire/Child of Ice Ruka cursed furiously under her breath while Yuka stared at the Deva Path. The rest of the occupants of the room stared as well, and continued doing so when Elesria appeared. With as much authority as she could muster (which was surprisingly quite a lot for a 10-year-old) Ruka turned around and barked out orders to them "What are you standing there gawking for?! Get your asses out of this room AND DEFEND THE CITY!" The Division members all stared at her for a moment before jumping up and disappearing into the city.
Ruka glared at them as they left and she took up a protective stand next to Yuka. "Now that's more like it. We're with you in this one Elesria."
Yuka on her part was trying to speak with the Deva Path "You... you have eyes like the girl from before. Do you know Pain-san? Why are you doing this? Why are you attacking our home!?" the blonde's eyes were pleading. For what you’ve done, I will end you. You think I’m scary? You ain’t seen nothing yet.

The Six Paths of Pain.
Deva Path
The Deva Path Stared at Yuka and Ruka for a moment, asking if she knew Pain-san, Geliebt's memory was blurry cause of the rage Aizen made her feel towards the Shinigami, she remembers defending one of them from a hollow but.. She couldn't make the sense to stop, her rage was to great. The Deva Path stared at them some more then calmly said. "We are Pain." The Raining suddenly became fiercer as lightning crashed down, Geliebt and the Deva Path could control the Rain, which is why the storm clouds were here. Lightning crashed against the ground around the Alarm tower as the Deva Path continued to stare at them, she was referring to all six Paths, which Two were at Rei's Location, One just finished destroying the Kuchiki district, one is currently at the Urahara district, and the last one besides herself was in the Squad Twelve Lab, though, she was stalling the answer of why they were attacking. (For a more dramatic part cause I want her to come across Rukia before she says the reason and such.)
Now I am free.. but does it mean anything..? What's the point though..? I will always feel only pain..

((I hope it's alright if I join this fight. *begs with big sad eyes* ))
Orokana suddenly appeared at the top floor of the tower. She looked at the twins and said, "Can I help?" She must have looked small compared to the twins, consider how much younger than them she was. She held out her miniature wooden kendo sword and took a fighting stance.

She looked at the path. "Is that all you guys ever say? Look, either get your asses out of here, or we kick your asses out of here. Choice is yours." She raises her sword in a defensive position. She then looked at what looked like another child. "Did someone light up a sign saying 'Hey kids, this is a great place to hang out Right Now.'"

Ruka Hana/ Yuka Hana Born of the Flowers Child of Fire/Child of Ice Yuka stared sadly "Pain-san..." she shook her head lightly and readied the katana "I'm sorry. I won't let you destroy my home."
Ruka readied her blade as well "Looks like there's no reasoning with them." she glanced at Orokana "If you can fight then you've got my vote. Welcome to the club mija." She glared at Elesria "Hey we were here first! She" she motioned to the path "Decided to come here. Not the other way around." That said she returned her attention to the battle.
The twins stood side-by-side Ruka on the left and Yuka on the right. Their blades were alight with fire and ice, their reiatsu flowing freely about the room and changing it to hot and cold one after the other. Neither of them looked scared in the least about the path's powers. For what you’ve done, I will end you. You think I’m scary? You ain’t seen nothing yet. ((Edited))

Deva Path
The Deva Path just calmly looked at the now four and closed her eyes for a moment, then suddenly opened them once more as the fire on Ruka's blade suddenly erupted outwards spreading flames through out the room and down the sides of the tower. She then began to take slow steps towards the four, with no hesitation at all, walking right through the flames that now are engulfing the tower.
Now I am free.. but does it mean anything..? What's the point though..? I will always feel only pain..

 YOUMU KONPAKU, SQUAD 3 CAPTAINI appear out of the blue, my eyes fixed on the figures below me. "A battle.....? I must see." I Shunpo down to the ground and watch this conflict unfold.

Orokana's grip tightened and it could be heard. "Protect me, Kurayami no Akuma..." and her kendo sword vanished from her hands. Storm clouds suddenly formed on ceiling of the room and on the floor of the room directly infront of Orokana. Lightning strikes occured between the two storm clouds and then the two clouds merged and slowly solidified into Kurayami no Akuma's shikai state. The riatsu of the zanpakuto itself was intense and very dark and grave. A 15ft tall man with crimson glowing eyes, long black hair, a blood stained butcher's uniform, and on his right shoulder, rested a rectangular meat cleaver twice his size. He gripped it with only one hand and he spoke in a voice that would give even adults nightmares, "It's been a long time Orokana..."

Leanna  The youngish looking girl had found herself where the sound was comeing from."More attacks." she sighed. She looked around seeing a battle may be getting ready to take place. She gave a sigh and whatched a bit interested in the events. To her it seemed to be a repeat everyday and now at least something was happening. For she now felt the slightest fear she was tempted to release her doll. But not yet, she was going to though.
