The white cerynei foal was a little curious of his surroundings at the moment. He had ventured into a graveyard of sorts, but it was a little run down. Oh how he loved graveyards. He felt more welcome there then anywhere else and often spoke to the dead that walked around the place like they were alive. He didn't know any other way to spend his day he really didn't. Shifting on the mossy ground a little bit, he peered at a gravestone seeing that the person died rather young. The ages always made him sad. Even if they were human, no one should have to part with their body at such an age. But he couldn't change the inevitable. He wasn't god or a healer. He was just a lost soul.

Flicking his tail, he rose from the ground tired of the damp feel under his belly. He couldn't really stay still for too long even if he liked examining things. He walked slowly out of the grave yard feeling his feet carry him quite swiftly to the open plains. He didn't like it out there either. He was an eyesore especially at night which it was now. Everyone would be able to see him from a good distance. He just wanted to blend in for once, but knew only snow could do that for him. he sighed staring out with his piercing white eyes at nothing more then some long grass blowing in the breeze. Why couldn't he just find company that would be with him all the time?

Apparantly the little one didn't have the answers for himself, but he was still too young to worry about something like that. Maybe it was time he found a friend. A friend that would offer him advice for once instead of the other way around. Giving a slight smile at the thought, he walked eagerly through the long grass now. His eyes peeling around the place for any sign of like that might equal up to being a new friend for him.

Einar had grown tired of walking on the hard ground with his hooves so he casually changed to his cat form. This way he was able to hunt easier, he was lighter on his paws then his hooves.

He had ventured from his woods and was in another of sorts, it was mostly tall grass with a tree here or there. There also seemed to be stones remains of two-legger contraptions around. He didn't care much for them, so he didn't take the time to learn about their history. But as he walked there was one area anyone could recognize, a cemetery.

He walked by slowly observing it for a min or two, but he then caught the scent of another creature, but what he couldn't place. It smelled like that of a soquili, but something was different. It was a light smell, but he could still tell it wasn't from the trail washing away, the soquili in question wasn't that far ahead of the 'cat'.

He stopped everything else and concentrated on the smell for a moment. Whoever this was they seemed to be neither dead, alive, or dying. It puzzled the big cat, and you know what they say 'Curiosity killed the cat!'. He followed the scent his armor barely making a sound as he sprinted forward. It was after a few fast paced minutes he saw his target. It was a foal?

He slowly and quietly approached from behind and tried to figure out who...what this glowing white foal could be. He got in a pounce stance, but did not intend to pounce just yet. But he did let a low growl at as he slowly stalked a little closer to the glowing foal, his eyes glowing even more intensely then before.

The ghostly looking Cerynei felt eyes on him. He didn't know if it was friend or foe, but he knew whatever it was they were watching him intently and it scared him a little bit. Turning his head, he saw the massive body of a cat looking creature behind him even though it had hooves. He could tell it was a male. That was obvious. "Hello. Are you trying to eat me?" He asked as he tilted his head and gazed into the glowing eyes the large creature. "I would rather talk then be hunted. Your really a remarkable looking creature and I would like to learn more about you if that is alright?" He asked still tilting his head wondering if the male would back down or not. He shook his head and rustled some of the leaves under him before laying on the ground like he was a king. He had so many questions for the male. So many. He didn't even know where to begin. Where to end with them.

"Why do you have a pelt on your back? Is it for hiding?" He asked curiously as he peeked up at the massive figure with stark white eyes.

Something was indeed...'off' with this one. Einar decided he would indulge with his questions, for he had a few of his own before he made the decision to make a meal out of him or not. He stood tall and walked closer to the young one with a fiere growl and snarl. He peered down at the young colt with another growl before speaking. "Wether I wish to eat you or not, has yet to be decided.", he was blunt speaking with no emotion as he sat and continued to peer down at the little one with his glowing eyes.

"Ill admit you are quite interesting yourself, so I shall indulge you...for now", he gave a small snarl before continuing to answer the young ones questions, his tail swaying calmly. He looked his pelt, well as best he could and smirked at the little one. "Im a skinwalker, cursed with an unqueshable thirst for blood, but no longer bound by weak emotions. Im a killer, pure and simply and Im good at what I do.", he said with a low and proud growl. "And what are you, your sent is not that of the living or dead. What are you?", you could hear his feline curiosity in his voice, but only slightly. He continued to study and stare with a quirked eyebrow, trying to unravel the mystery for himself.

The speckled Cerynei foal stared up at the skinwalker with his ears perked up. He was so curious of the big creature beside him. Never before had he seen something like this, but then again...hearing the explanation of himself made him wonder if this was the killer of his parents. "A skinwalker? You haven't met any other cerynei that look like me right? I'm just asking because my mother and father were killed by a skinwalker." He nodded looking away from the big bag cat horse. He didn't know how to explain himself really. He really didn't know what he could say that could make this creature understand what he was. "Well I'm not dead. I am a spirit guide. I can see the dead, talk to the dead, and guide those through dark places. I'm still trying to find my place in the world without scaring people away. Sometimes it's fun to scare them though. It gives me a bit of satisfaction when I do it." He said looked up at the kitty. "For a skinwalker your not that bad...so far." He said smiling very faintly.

Einar gazed at the young foal, his eyes dimming slightly. "Others like you....." he paused and let an eerie silence roll in. The forest was dark and quiet, not even a grasshopper could be heard. Einar looked around the darkness his eyes glowing allowed him to see in the dark. "....I can't say. My earlier days, after I was cursed I went on a blood rampage, I killed many, but I don't remember more then that."

His expression was 'calm', but emotionless. Emotions were a weakness, he could see this now as a skinwalker. He looked back down to the foal. "A spirit guide, able to see those passed...interesting. It seems you have a curse upon you as well then.", he ponder all that he said. 'What kind of curse could kill one, but not', it was curious. He then gave a smirk at the young one. "Scaring them to death is even better, but even I sometimes like to just see the fear in their eyes. It is amusing at times", but then snarled at the foal's last words. "Bad....*hmph* Your lucky I found you interesting, I also only rarely enjoy the blood of the pure, too sweet.", he gave a wicked smirk showing his teeth nicely, his eyes glowing a little more intensely.

Hania frowned at his words a bit since he didn’t think this was the killer of his family. “Oh okay. That makes me feel a little better then. I just didn’t want to be speaking with the murderer of my mother and father.” He told him with a stiff nod of the head. “How is seeing spirits a curse? I think of it more as a gift just like yours. It makes us different from the typical breeds around here wouldn’t you say? Just because you feed on the flesh it doesn’t make you a monster. Whether you use them for good or evil make you a monster. I could easily use my ability to scare others, but I choose not to.” He nodded and looked away from him a little bit.

“Really? Maybe I should try scaring someone to see how they would react. I haven’t done so yet, but I have the ability to. What do you think I should do?” He asked tilting his head some and shaking his mane a little bit. “You don’t seem very mean or evil, but that is alright. Most think that I look mean, but I’m far from it.” He said tilting his head some more.
