There's been a lot of talk about it. This link explains what's going on a little bit. This was posted Feburary of this year though. Everyone predicted it was going to happen in October. But it hasn't been finalized yet. Many people also believe that Obama is pushing this so that the U.S. can be more dictated like China or India, from what I read on other news sources. I can't see Americans standing for this, though, as mentioned in the video, martial law happens anyways, whether the bill is passed or not.

They push something like this where I live, people's heads are gonna be on stakes the first day. I won't have any qualms about putting a riot officer down with my 12 gauge

Have you noticed that our freedom is being diminished more and more, with each law that has passed?

While I agree that the end of "democracy" as we know it, caused by capitalistic greed, is coming, this is total psychobabble.
Edit: I also believe that a lack of bi-partisanship will be the cause, not just capitalistic greed.
