The meeting had dissolved with its conclusion, and Chibimoon was a Senshi on a Mission. Once any of the senshi left the building, they'd been told to disperse as fast as possible to avoid alerting the Negaverse that this was where they were meeting. So of course, they were filtering out in groups of least powerful, to most powerful. That meant that now was the perfect time to cage Super Sailor Lyra in, and assault her with the fact that the Moon senshi was rather interested in her ideas.
Certainly they needed a real structure, this meeting had proved what she had seen as Black Lady almost perfectly. They were losing not because they didn't have requisite information, though it was important; no. They were losing because they didn't know how to simply work together, or in some cases how to work at all! Chibimoon would have bet she could have gone with a roundhouse kick to one of their heads, and the lower-powered senshi would have stared blankly at her while trying to dodge.
Dodge. Not block. Not counter. Dodge.
Well dodging wasn't going to work anymore! Pushing through the group, the five-foot tall Chibimoon tried to hop up and find Lyra. Thankfully, she was brightly colored and inclined to standing still. "Sailor Lyra! I wanted to talk to you! I very much like your thought on groups. They are very helpful, and I think the help is needed." Blunt, but there was no real reason to d**k around. The cats couldn't hold it forever!

The meeting had left Lyra with a sick feeling in her stomach. Some of the things said... needed to happen. Other things she did not believe in, but chose to keep her opinions to herself. Opinions now would just tear them even more apart when they needed to come together. From past meetings things were said but not -done- and lord did they need to be.
She was hanging back and waiting as the sailors were departing, she was to be let go with the wave of Supers. It was smart to let the less powerful senshi first go, otherwise there was a high possibility of the negaverse pinpointing their location. The cats were growing weaker, heck Lyra could see her own cat.. Chloe, squinting from strain.
"Hello?" She turned around at the sudden calling of her name, eyes falling on the slightly taller Chibimoon. "Im glad someone did." She smiled at the thought that someone was at least listening to her, her face turning a little red once again at remembering standing up and speaking. Ugh she hated public speaking. "Its something that really needs to be thought about, and even implemented... soon. Maybe ask for volunteers, supers and externals, to be mentors. I wish there was a way to auto program some names into the phones... so when new senshi come around they will have some names on the cell to dial and not go out blind." She bit her lip in thought.

Chibimoon was looking decidedly out of place and awkward herself; a lot of these senshi knew each other and had been friends as they worked their way up. Now she was the outsider, the intruder, and while it hadn't bothered her in the past when she'd had a real focus, not having a solid goal in mind had weakened her resolve. Somewhere along the way that brave little child had turned into this terrified young woman, and she wasn't taking it anymore.
"I think it was very...clever? I think that is the word. Fast smart? Very much so for you to stand up like that. I ah, wanted to meet you." A light hand was held out to the smaller girl with a bit of a smile; it was rare to see someone shorter than her! "Do you think it would help, maybe, if once a week one of us went to a place. Ah. Pre-arranged? Cats could tell them to meet there at that time and day, we could teach them things then." She was planning to spread this idea about, perhaps even broach it to the grouchy, grey-haired Luna of this place.
"I do not want to force myself in. I feel...very out of place."
