Thosi landed beside the river and stretched her wings as she scanned her surroundings for any threats. Seeing nothing, she settled her wings neatly against her back, then lowered her head to drink deeply from the water. She'd been flying for what felt like days nonstop. The truth was that she had been flying for days, though she'd been taking breaks every so often. She could keep going but... what was the rush? She paused in her drinking to scan the area again before deciding she would rest here for the night.
