Blade would win this one, hands down. His card combos, Jack Form (seeing Sasword can't fly) and King form would just pwn Sasword. Sasword was never really known for being a strong rider, when compared to the likes of Kabuto and Gatack. Blade is a main rider, with tons of combos and power-ups. It's really a one sided battle. Sure, Sasword could use clock up and get blade that way, but if he was in King Form, the damage wouldn't be that bad.

Blade has a strong sword basis and using his cards he has a lot more abilities than Sasword. Beyond that... he's overall generic to me. He has no plus or minus outside of having the spade suit of undead cards.
Sasword has a slight bit more range with his finisher move and has clock up on his side. His masked form probably wouldn't help too much but it could endure some basic attacks from blade.
In the fight between them, I'd say sasword would have the advantage. Blade can win in most cases, but with clock-up I think sasword would almost always get the upper hand since Blade's Mach card isn't as fast in my eyes. Without clock-up on Saswords side however, Blade's amount of abilities would beat him.
Blade in Jack Form would have an advantage over Sasword his base one doesn't have. I can see Sasword countering it sometimes, especially with clock up involved, but in most cases Jack form would have an advantage with added armor and air superiority while retaining his abilities.
King form would seal it in Blades favor. Even with clock up, I don't think Sasword has enough power as a rider to beat him. Maybe if he had some sort of hyper mode, but since he doesn't, Blade wins at this point pretty much every single instance.
For the bonus round, blade wins by default since I can't remember Sasword using one. Though I don't really care for blade's bike, its a lot better than no motorcycle or a generic ZECT one.
Sasword's clock up helps him a lot, but as Blade uses his higher forms Sasword loses his sword's edge. It doesn't help he has a limo instead of a bike (though I would give him the round if he actually used the limo in combat...)
Kamen Rider Blade vs Kamen Rider Sasword, Blade would win.
Bonus:
Joker blade versus Worm sasword, I'd go with Sasword's worm form more. Its fairly stronger than Sasword was even and could likely take a Joker undead.

I disagree with the Bonus. The Joker form would be a match for Sasword's Scorpion Worm form. The Joker's power would be a good match against the Worm's power. I think it would come down to stalemate. I believe the Undead are superior to the Worm.

Before this gets locked...
Spoiler: At the end of Blade, he sacrifices himself in a sense and becomes a Joker through King form to prolong the Undead's battle with no clear victor...except Jokers but I guess having two of them is different. As such, he does have a Joker form but he never really uses it.
I think the Undead are strong, but Sasword's worm form overpowered the strongest worms in the series to me. Having this sort of power and still having clock up leads me to believe Sasword's monstrous form would beat Blade's.
