 Wind Petals decided that he was going to go explore. His hooves stuck in the mud as he walked through the swamp, but the young male didn't care. It was about the only brown he would have on his coat. Today was the chance he got to get away from his only sister. Nothing wrong with her, but a colt has to be a colt at times, and she didn't help him all the time.
He jumped and pranced with the mud splashing all up his legs. The green and white colt was having a blast. Even the turtles didn't bother him as he wandered around. He was on no specific mission, but he was out to explore when something came along. He looked up and "What is that over there?" There seemed to be something in the muck. It looked like a strange flower and the colt went to get a closer look. His nose poked at it first as he took a sniff.

 Windfall wasn't entirely sure where he was. This morning he thought testing his legs would be a great idea. The more practice you have the better you are at it, right? Wrong apparently. His eyes were still a little blurry and he tripped over...something. Now he was caught in a bush, and too embarrassed to call for his mother. That is, if she was even around still.
The foal had worked himself into a small measure of panic when something bumped into his side. "Wah!" Windfall cried in surprise fear, jumping a few inches off the ground and entangling himself deeper into the bush. "Who's there! What's that!"

Wind Petals jumped back and looked around to make sure no other kimeti seen that. He was a little brave and was not expecting the 'flower' to jump and talk back at his sniff. With slow, cautious steps, he moved back up to the yellow and blue item. He didn't get a good whiff the first time and shoved his nose back into the bush.
"Why are you yelling? And.." looks that the foal, "what are you doing in there? Playing a game?"

Windfall was bumped again, and the foal whipped his head around to sniff at what was 'attacking' him. It was another kimeti and the foal felt very relieved. "Who's there? Are you the mean, grumpy stag? And I'm not playing a game!" The foal replied, wanting to stamp one of his hooves. "I fell and got stuck here. I can't get out, and I don't know where my mama is." He said.
Windfall's head lowered and he tried to curl up as small as possible. "I want outta the bush." He said dejectedly.

The mostly white colt looked around to see if there was any adults, but they seemed to be either hiding or just plain gone. "Well, I don't see any others around here. And no, I am not Nettle."
Wind Petals shifted around the bush to see if there was any to get the foal out without hurting it. "I can try to get you out of the bush, but... You will have to follow my directions, other wise you are stuck." And this is my adventure? Nudging his way into the bush some, the young colt pulled on a vined branch, "Mve bwck."

"Not Nettle? Then who are you?" Windfall asked. The question was rather rude, though he didn't mean it to be. He was still a little out of sorts being stuck in a bush and all.
When the other kimeti, male by the sound of his voice, had a plan to get him out, he was all for that. "I'll follow directions, I can do that." He said quickly, nodding in agreement. He'd do anything to get out of the bush at this point in time. After a rustle, the first direction came and the foal was...a little confused. He couldn't really understand the older kimeti. "Um...this?" he asked, using his best guess and scooting backwards.

He watched as the foal scooted backwards and spat the vine out when it was out from that spot. "I am Wind Petals. Who are you?"
He looked again in the bush and found the next area that should be the last spot for the foal. Wind Petals moved back out and to the next. This was going to be tricky. "Ok little one, I need you to move left when I touch you. After that you need to hold still."
The mostly white colt was amazed that the foal was listening to him.

Windfall felt the vines and tangles fall away from him and he began to feel relieved. Not being able to move was scary, and some of the vines had hurt him. "I'm Windfall." The foal replied, his fear melting enough for him to give out a small giggle. "We both have 'wind' names."
Windfall nodded after the older kimeti gave him his new directions. "Okay, I can do that. I can't wait to get out of this bush." He made a little sniffling sound, still hating being trapped.

Wind Petals smiled at the giggle. "Nice to meet you Windfall." He picked up the next vine, how the young one got stuck in this he did not know. It was a mess, but it was almost over.
"Okay, Windfall. I need you to step back and to the right, when I touch you. Once this is done, you should be free." At the sniffling, the colt smiled and remembered his days when he was that little. It seemed soo long ago.

Windfall nodded, "Okay, I can do that." The mostly yellow foal said. He could feel the vines falling away from him. He had plenty more movement than before Wind Petals had found him. He wiggled a little, not wanting to re-tangle himself in the bush, but not able to hold in his relieved excitement.
When Wind Petals signaled him, Windfall stepped backwards and to his right, feeling the vines fall from him. "I'm out!" He called happily, prancing around. His legs were still a little wobbly and he stumbled, but he quickly righted himself and went up to Wind Petals. Windfall bumped him on the shoulder with his nose, "Thank you!"

He watched the foal stumble around and sighed when he stayed on his for hoofs. Smiling, Wind Petals nodded to the other. "You are very welcome. Do you want to explore with me?"
The colt figured it would do the younger one some good to get out and about. Exploring would help out with the stumbling and familiarize them both with the swamp some more.
