Okay i was playing it on normal mode and i was in one of the ward's helping Elenore rescue the little sister's and im the second ward on the far end of it somewhere in the back there are two room's that i can't open. In the first one there is a alpha with a shotgun just standing there he's holding the barrel of it and on the door it say's quarantine. the next door there is another one same style only this one is all bloody and it look's like there are bite mark's on him and he's bloody and he's just standing there.
I'd provide pic's but i don't have a camera.

i forgot to also add look around the second room there should be a vent that takes you right into a tunnel with a small window into the other room it just throw a nade in their
