Tending to be too trusting for the modern world, Devlin acts like he's walked straight out of a story book. Technology amazes him, he believes everything he's told (including stories like that people are sucked into screens and that's how we get movies).
Despite this, the elf does happen to be an excellent artist. He paints and draws scenery; incredible sights.
