 The BeginingAt the start of the generation, a young girl named Ichigo Momomiya attends an endangered species exhibit with her 'crush' and future boyfriend, Masaya Aoyama. After an earthquake, Ichigo and four other girls are bathed in a strange light. A cat appears before Ichigo, then merges with her. The next day she begins acting like a cat and, after meeting Ryou Shirogane and Keiichiro Akasaka, learns that she was infused with the DNA of the Iriomote Cat. Ryou and Keiichiro explain that this allows her to transform into Mew Ichigo, a powerful heroic cat girl. She is ordered to defeat chimera animas—alien parasites—which infect animals and turn them into monsters. Ryou and Keiichiro instruct Ichigo to find the four other girls from the exhibit—the remaining Mew Mews. They are Mint Aizawa, a spoiled, wealthy girl who is infused with the genes of the Ultramarine Lorikeet; Lettuce Midorikawa, a meek but smart girl who endures constant bullying and absorbs the genes of the Finless Porpoise; young Pudding Fong, who receives the genes of the Golden Lion Tamarin; and Zakuro Fujiwara, a professional model infused with the genes of the Gray Wolf. The five Mew Mews battle the chimera animas and their alien controllers, Kish, Pie and Tart. Kish claims to be in love with Ichigo; he tries to gain her love despite the fact that he is trying to eliminate the other Mew Mews. Two more aliens, Pie and Tart, later join Kish in trying to destroy the Mew Mews. As the fighting intensifies, the Mew Mews are tasked with finding "mew aqua," a material created from pure water that contains immense power for combating the alien attacks. During a battle with Kish at an aquarium, Ichigo is in danger of losing when the mysterious Blue Knight appears and rescues her. He returns periodically throughout the series, protecting Ichigo from various dangers; it is later revealed that the Blue Knight is in fact Masaya. Shortly after this discovery, Masaya collapses and transforms again, into Deep Blue—the alien leader who wants to destroy humanity. After explaining to Ichigo that Masaya was a false form for temporary use, Deep Blue attacks the Mew Mews. Masaya's personality briefly reappears and he uses a nearby mew aqua drop to destroy Deep Blue, killing himself in the process. Crying over his body, Ichigo pours her power into Masaya to save his life, losing her own in the process. Masaya kisses her, changing her back to a human, and revives her. Ryou gives Pie the remaining mew aqua to save the aliens' world, after which Kish, Pie and Tart say their goodbyes and return to their own world. But what happened after that? NowAt first, they thought the Mew Mews had done their job and the fight was over. They were wrong. Kish and the others were indeed able to save their planet. But now, their planet and Earth are targets from other forms of life. Aliens from other planets have invaded Earth, intending to use it for their overpopulation problems. Now, the world needs Tokyo Mew Mew again. Refusing to give up their now normal lives, the former and much older Mew Mews have shunned out Shirogane and Akasaka. Now, the two must find five new girls to become the new Mew Mews. Are you one of them?

The Red Data Animals
After much research, it has been realized that the previous Data Animals cannot be used again. Instead, they have decided on the following new animals.
Siberian Tiger - This is a decsendant of Ichigo. (Iriomote Cat) A tail and ears are shown on the Mew Mew.
Dhole - This is a decsendant of Zakuro. (Gray Wolf) A tail and ears are shown on the Mew Mew.
Philippine Eagle - This is a decsendant of Mint. (Ultramarine Lorikeet) Wings and tail are shown on the Mew Mew.
Sea Otter - This is a decsendant of Lettuce. (Finless Porpoise) There is nothing shown on the Mew Mew.
Dusky-Leaf Monkey - This is a decsendant of Pudding. (Golden Lion Tamarin) A tail and ears are shown on the Mew Mew.

Personality: She's an optomistic and perky person. She loves helping people and giving her aid. Hence her nice side, she also has a dark side. She tends to be a bit sarcastic and snappy when she gets mad. She's emotional and has mood swings. One minute she'll be super happy and then the next she can be totally depressed.
Bio: As a child, Riri always seemed to have a connection to cats. Since the age of four, they've always had a pet cat. She lives with her parents in a small house in a normal rural area. She works part time at Cafe Mew Mew, the secret under cover base for the Mew Mews. She was the first Mew Mew to be discovered and is trying her best to accept it. She goes to school like any other ordinary girl but she sometimes has trouble with her tail and ears.
Weapon: Striped Lilly Bow. It is generated from above her head.
Powers: Ribbon Tiger Soul. As the final attack, it seperates the parisite from the Chimera Anima. After the other Mews use their powers, Rirī's attack finishes it.

Personality: She is distant and tries to avoid conflict if it's at all possible. But if she's pushed to her limits, she'll fight back, and does so aggressively (which doesn't take her long: she's short tempered.) She's a tomboy, and hates being around girls who are uber-girly. She has more guy friends than girls as a result. She always has a logical answer, so she comes across as insensitive to girls.
Bio: She came from a family of a father, mother and 5 brothers without sisters. Her mother had hoped that she would be as feminine as she was, but Aya wouldn't go through. She's the true definition of tomboy in her family, and she has a close relationship with her 4 older older brothers. The other one doesn't like Aya's tomboyish ways, and is always trying to make her feminine.

Bio:
Remilia is referred to as a vampire, since she drinks blood and is mainly active after dark. She looks about 10 to 12 years of age at first glance, however she is about the same age as Deep Blue, if not, a few hundred years younger. After Deep Blue's Defeat, Remilia grew an enormous hatred for the human race, since she too was part of the Alien civilization for a long time. Although she hates humans, she lives on earth as a very wealthy young girl, catered by a maid, a gatekeeper, and a librarian. Remilia tends to drink the blood of animals, not humans, only because she hates the taste of human blood. She is very skilled in close combat and is VERY fast while flying. Her top speed is mach 3, or the speed of sound. She is eternally young, so she never looks older than she does now, unless she uses an illusionary power that she pretty much never uses, unless she needs to hide.
