Hey peoplez. Does anyone know how to get over or out of a writers block? I needs a bit of help, cause for NaNoWriMo, I know where I want to go with the story, but I want to make sure I have enough words.

It's fantasy. My main character Arigena, is an energy vampire who needs blood once a month to maintain her energy levels and the ability to go out in to sun. She mets a guy named Ellison and they start dating. Ellison knows she's a vamp, and he's ok with it. I'm almost at the plot, where her soulmate a blood vampire (energy vamp gone crazy for blood and can't use energy anymore) meets her, tries to kill her because she's an energy vamp, and yea... It's a confusing story. I mean I want to get to 25,000 words before I put in the plot, but i'm stuck.

Umm, Well seems like you have you have large mixture of self searching, romance, horror and action. I personally listen to music when I'm stuck.

Plot bunnies haha.
I don't want to say anything that might influence the direction of the story, but if you're just looking for word-count fillers, just strike up a random conversation and see where it goes? Or briefly mention other characters? (haha, I always have a glut of characters because I stick random people in to make the story more confusing >.<)
Did I tell you I changed my story idea 2 days before NaNo started? Brilliant, eh? >.<

Lol, but yea, I did. I was just all, "Dude this sounds really stupid," one moment and mused around before picking a nice, cliche idea and just working from scratch. I've only just figured out exactly what's happening and where it's going a few days ago sweatdrop
30K words! o.O Whoot Sabrina! biggrin biggrin I'm at around 20K >.< Behind schedule, of course, Lol.

Lolx yea, 50K words, not that hard. Dude, Silver, try to write two sets of words on the weekends, or just write 3000 words a day. You should be able to catch up.

Oh wow. That's like wow.... 8k behind..wow... Yea 3000 a day isn't bad if you really want to get caught up. I'm at 38,418 words now. burning_eyes It's hard to type after a while.
