Pros: Determined, an individual, unique, and powerful, friendly Cons: Angry, conceited, a deceiver, and unconcerned over the well being of others, merciless. Description: When Raidou failed the Order of the Four Points training, all the power and influence was given to his partner Vance Halberd. Believing that Vance was neither experienced or worthy of this honor, he tried to show Vance's true colors. After murdering Vance's sister he hoped that Vance would turn angry and vengeful. Instead he tried to find the killer in an attempt to understand why he did this act. Since no vengeance pierced his heart, Raidou's plan failed. He was exposed as the killer and is now a wanted criminal. He managed to somehow gain a sort of diplomatic immunity from persecution. It is believed he is in good favor with influential pureblood vampires.
