So, I got busted, and it sucks.
I'm the only 'artist' in this area, and besides of wanna-be-king-pin gangs throwing up tags, I'm stuck.
I got caught for covering a moving van, then the ******** shop owner said I opened it up and stole car parts and broke the windows. I shown pictures of the van whenI was painting and when it was finished, no damage (unless art is damage). Nothing volgar or rude was on it, nothing socially rebelous, just a gummi bear with a few toy soilders with parachutes. (Decent, but it was on my mind at the time)
So, I was 16 then, I arrested, thrown in jail for vandalism and charged 2000 bucks. I got fingerprinted and now I'm in the system.
But, I miss it. I love my art, even if it's not legal, It's really not hurting anyone. but, if I get caught again, it's going to be another charge and another strike. What should I do? The Cops took my Resp. and my paints, along with stencils. every other weekend I see some gang putting a tag over my murals...
What should I do? Retry, and keep the art alive? or give up and try to find something new?
