She didn't know where she was--she'd never seen that part of the swamp before. Even the elders' spookiest tales never mentioned a place anything like it. There was something sickening in the air, but she couldn't place it. The whole place had an odd, off-putting green tint to it that reminded her of illness. She didn't feel safe there. That place was a health hazard, and there was no exit in sight.
