Bio: Hector Constantine Williamsfield III is the grandson of a real estate magnate and has always enjoyed the finer things in life. Hector sees himself as a man of high class and hates it when people are rude and uncouth. Hector decided to start a business of his own and opened up a small cafe with an elegant theme. Hector meticulously keeps his eye on every detail of the cafe from the staff's uniforms to the placement of the table decorations. Everything has to be exactly in place. Hector also drills into the heads of his staff that manners are important when dealing with customers. If he feels a worker doesn't have sufficient enough etiquette, they are forced to take a crash course with him on proper serving etiquette.

Bio: Esther has, and always has been, the runt of her family. Her mother had five children, whom of which are Esther’s sister and her three older brothers. They had since achieved everything Esther could ever do and be. Esther had wanted to go to art school but her parents disagreed. She was hurt and outraged, since when had they cared for her? So, Esther decided to enter art school anyways and ran away at the age of eighteen. Esther has since then denies that she is a part of that family. She needed a job to support herself and took a job at the Evening Rose Cafe near the art school she was going to. Esther bought an apartment and owns a cat, going to school frequently. So, he was the rightful heir to the family business, which was a large medical establishment who owns two hospitals. His brothers and sister followed in his footsteps. However, one of his younger siblings, Esther, ran away. Since then, the name of the Fortuna family has been looked down upon. Atlas was disappointed by this and so was his father.
