History: Ru is from a Merclan that resides in the shallow waters of the Serpent Sea. Despite her carefree and loving nature, she is a skilled warrior. Lately their section of the Sea has been relativly quiet. Seeing no need for a warrior in peace time Ru joined a trade caravan and went sight seeing. She heard of the school and it was interesting. Finding they needed a swimming teacher she eagerly applied. Perhaps she could learn something while there too.
