History: Lucia grew up in Sussex with her parents and elder brother, Darby. She and her family lived on a small estate in the country where they kept various creatures and long rolling fields of all sorts of crops. He father was one of the major suppliers to apothecaries all around the world, which was were they made most of their fortune. Lucia's only female friends in her childhood often made fun of her and left her out as a "stupid farm brat" or something else equally preposterous, and so she fell in with the boys. She found herself to be incredibly athletic and excelled in trouble making. She could always be found in a tree or under a bush, often with something stolen in her little hands.
When Lucia was 11, she was sent to a boarding school in France where her brother was finishing his education. She adapted quickly and was pleased to find that her classmates judged more on intellect and desire to learn and excel than one's family or background.
Lucia was happy and had a very normal time at school with the expected petty fights and drama and stupid romances. She was happy, until she turned 15 and she was forced to drop out of school when she was discovered to be a lesbian by one of her classmates. Her father immediately withdrew her and disowned her. She lived in shame under her family's roof until she was 18 and the law was satiated, and when they turned her out and she was forced to flee.
