It's not even December yet when I'm typing this. Whatever.
All the department stores seem to be on my side.
Anywho, we're bringing back the Secret Santa event.
Because there isn't anyone who doesn't like receiving gifts.

READ THIS. KTHX. ANY QUESTIONS CAN BE POSTED IN THIS THREAD.
This'll be hopefully more organized than last year.
First, you'll post in this thread stating that you want to participate.
In that same post, list some items that would fall in the price range mentioned below that you would like to receive.
This is to act as a wishlist of sorts.
If you don't care, still post that you don't mind what you receive.
That way, we know you've actually read this.
If you would rather refer your Secret Santa to your profile wishlist, again, please mention it in your post.
And now another thing.
In that same post, state whether or not you ultimately want your identity revealed to your recipient.
If you do, that will be done via a thread that will be created just for that purpose.
After you've done all that,
(and yes, you must post all that information)
a crew member will then add you to the list, and you'll be assigned a number.
(It's all chronological based on the order that you asked to sign up in.)
Then, on December 9, you'll receive a PM stating who your lucky Secret Santa recipient will be.
Take note of the username of the crew member who sent you that PM.*
Anyways, you will be responsible for purchasing for your assigned recipient a gift that falls in the range of 5K to 8K.
You may purchase up to two gifts, but the sum of the prices of those gifts must still fall within the aforementioned range.
*Send your gifts in a trade to either IvyStarling or Kittywitch (whomever sent you your PM).
Label it "Secret Santa Gift for [insert recipient's name]".
This is to ensure that everyone will a receive a gift.
ALL GIFTS ARE DUE BY DECEMBER 23.
You guys have two entire weeks to come up with a gift.
That should definitely be enough time.
If you guys do not send in your gifts on time, you will receive the full wrath of Santa Claus by way of IvyStarling.
You guys will get coal in your stockings for being naughty kids D<

Everyone will receive their gifts on either Christmas Eve or Christmas Day.
Depending on which day works best for your elf.
side-note: Obviously, this event does not bar you from sending out your own individual separate gifts, nor does it define what gift-giving interaction you have to have to whatever people. This is just a little guild-hosted event.
