I've been feeling really really low for the last few days. Just miserable and sulky and I'm close to tears over every little thing.

I don't know what's wrong with me. It's like...every time someone compliments me, it just makes me more upset. I think people can tell I'm stressed out so they've been trying to make me feel better with reassurances and just 'oh you're great you'll be fine!' and stuff like that. But it just makes me feel worse because it's like there's this expectation there that I don't think I can meet. Then I feel even worse because I know people are just trying to make me feel better but nothing's working and idk what to do any more.

Urgh. Tell me you can relate.

Gone through this many a time, especially recently with all the stress that was piled up on me.
I don't have advice, but I can tell you what I do that always makes me feel better.
It's incredible that you have people around you to support you and try and make you feel better, but try your best to create a common ground within yourself and try your best to make YOU the person who will snap you out of this s**t.
You have enough strength within you to do it, we all do -- it depends on whether you truly want to harness it or not.
If anything, there have been some incredible things happening for you in life (school, etc.), and I couldn't be more than happy for you -- you're a smart girl, you seriously deserve this stuff.

Stress can ruin anybody, even people who claim to be super calm and collected (ie. myself).
Just look forward to the point in time that you will be OVER that stress -- that helps me cope with anything that's bothering me.

It'll get better, man. No worries, please. <3
