So room size and well the quality of the things in the room to start are as fallows please try and fallow this list for your starting room as you move up in the guild you’ll gain better quarters. The bathroom is small and well appointed with a tub/shower and sink he walls are tiled as well as the floors. The balcony is just big enough for a small table and chair it has a slight over hang to keep the rain away from the French doors that open on to it.
