The White Nintendo DS Game Case is available for 300 coins.

When Nintendo of America opened Club Nintendo in Canada & the US, the White Nintendo DS Game Case was one of the original items available in the rewards catalog, but for 600 coins.

There was also a Siver coloured one that came with an Aluminium stylus, for 700 coins. I started saving up for that... but then they removed it and the White from the catalog.

It was just gone one day. In part do to the fact that there were three DS game case and Stylus Sets that were also available for 600 coins.

I didn't really care for them, a friend has one and I've seen one in person and my option hasn't changed.

To me, they feel cheap, the spine and covers of a hardcover book with two foam inserts, one holding a rainbow stylus set.

Because they could hold three more games and came with the extra styluses* more people ordered them.

The White Nintendo DS Game Case just came back on the catalog one day earlier this year.

*Styluses is the proper plural form for Stylus, however, Styli is also the proper plural form for Stylus.
It's been this way for the past eight/nine years when an American English Dictionary first listed both Styluses and Styli as the plural form for Stylus.

Since I am not a member of Club Nintendo, the whole thing confuses me. Like, I'm not sure if you'd have to use real money, or exactly what coins are, or anything like that.

Every time you buy first-party DS and Wii games, (read: games published by Nintendo), you get a registration code along with the other paperwork of the Health & Safety booklet and the Game Manual.

You sign up/login to Club Nintendo, enter the registration code and do a quick survey. Each survey you do you earn coins.

Wii Game = 50 coins
DS Game = 30 coins

One week after that you get a Post-Play Survey good for 10 coins.

You can also get an extra 10 coins for registering your game within the first 4 weeks of it's release.

And for Upcoming Games, you can do an Intend-To-Buy Survey a few weeks before the game's release that will get you an extra 10 coins when you register it.

With those coins you can use them to redeem for Rewards in the Rewards Catalog.

When you redeem a Reward, they ship it to you free of charge. The only thing you "pay" with is the coins you earned doing the surveys you get from registering your games.
