This "facility" is used to train martial artists in the ways of all kinds of martial arts. To tell the truth, it could be anything from Karate all the way to the chinese martial arts. It's out a bit farther out and sits at the base of a range of mountains.

Gondgaur had a smile on his face as he walked into the building that he called home. The place hadn't changed a bit. If one were to look upon it from the outside, it'd look like a giant domed stadium. Inside, there was a huge spacious area that looked like it was pulled out of the mountains. It had huge trees, springs, waterfalls. It even had a giant field, where it was clear that there had been some trainees here a while ago. However, next to the entrance was a massive crater in the wall. It was about ten feet in diameter. Gondgaur raised his arms and breathed deeply. This was the way to train in the martial arts. He turned around to see if his students had kept up with him.

Vi stuck right behind the teacher. She grimaced as she heard Mana's flirtatious words as she left the class. As cute as her fellow classmates are, Vi doesn't understand their desire to use words over actions.
If they want to get it on, then go and get it on with each other. Why lengthen up the process? Vi hid a smirk, the sooner they get it on, the more her succubus half can feed from excess lust in the air.
Vi walked into the large workout room. And she grinned. Oh yeah, high enough ceiling to fly, easy textures on the walls and floors so she can hide quickly, and a soft mat and a bunch of things that she knows how to use to her best advantage.
This is gonna be good.

Dante looked around with a smile. "We can tear it up in here Verg!" he said cracking his kuckles and glancing to his twin.
Vergil turned his head slightly to look at his brother and smirked. Yeah, these two were sure as hell going to tear this place up. It was a matter of brotherly pride to beat the other.

Nero managed to catch everyone as they arrived since he was going to be late to class, after having switched in. "Hey umm... Proffesor Gondgaur, I switched into your class just recently, my name is Nero," he said introducing himself. "I hope I'm not too late." I should've been a little more observant to my visions, I could've been on time. he thought to himself.

A human, Vi's instincts screamed at her. Her body tensed as she took in the new guy's aura. Not quite human, but close. she amended. Her vampire side told her that he smelled dead and disgusting, while her succubus half was having a field day with the familiar warm scent of human flesh.
At his introduction, she almost giggled. Almost. She doesn't need people paying attention to her more then the minimum amount possible for her to graduate.

Nero glanced to the side and looked at Vivian. If he were still alive he might've been turned on by her lack of clothing but he was more or less emotionally dead. He calmly turned to her and spoke. "Hi, I'm Nero," he introduced himself extending his hand. "I just switched in." From the look in her she seemed to be intrigued by his presence. She looked to be vampire but her reaction seemed otherwise, the other half of her he'd probably find out later, if not by a vision.

The "almost" human introduced himself and held out his hand. Vi stomped on her reeling vampire instincts and smiled, forcing out her succubus charms, "I'm Vivian, nice to meet you." Before she could think about it or regret it, she asked, "So, what are you? You seem human but not really."

Gondgaur walked up to the new student. He had taken a sniff of his scent and wondered what he might be. Gondgaur gave a small smile and said, "That's alright as long as it doesn't happen again. Now, I'll need your name and the reason why you want to take martial arts." After telling the new kid what he needed, he growled to all the rest, "Better start taking advantage of your surroundings, because I'll begin to put you up in pairs to see what you know."

Turning back to his teacher he answered his question, "My name is Nero, and really the only reason I want to take Martial Arts is just to keep my physical fitness in check and I don't want to die a second time." Looking back to Vivian he felt a strange sensation coming from her. What was that I felt just now? Nero thought to himself. I should probably look into my visions. Tuning back into his visions that he was getting at a constant rate, almost like a live feed, he realized that the other half he couldn't quite figure how was succubus, he wasn't quite sure if that was awkward or not. "To humans, I'd be considered a zombie, but I'd like to be considered as the reanimated dead. And just to confirm my suspicions, are you half vampire and half succubus?"

Vi cocked her head, the guy, Nero, is sharp. Interesting. "No wonder, and yes I am. How'd you tell? I mean, vampire, most people with high sense of smell can tell and I don't really glamor my wings and fangs, but how did you know I'm part succubus?"

Nero gave a slight grin at Vivian's confirmation. "You probably wouldn't believe how I could tell, people usually don't," he offered as an explanation. Explaining that he could see into the future every so slightly wasn't something he liked to do. I had suspicions that she was succubus but no real proof that she was aside from the vision he had.

Interesting. Very interesting. Vi could tell that he didn't read her mind and dead humans don't have heightened enough senses to be able to see her succubus aura.
She smiled at his explanation, "Maybe I will, give me a try."

Reluctantly he gave out a sigh and decided to come clean. "When I was still alive, I don't know how many years ago, I was being held up at a convenience store, the man who killed me missed the first shot to my head because I moved just in time. I'm not quite sure how but that somehow triggered something in my head that allowed me to see somewhat into the future. I figured out that you were part succubus because I had already seen this very scene in my mind," Nero explained. He figured that she thought he was just crazy and making this up, but he's come to terms with that inevitable fact from telling multiple others before her.

Vi took a moment to take in his aura. He seemed resigned, as if prepared for her to laugh in his face. He doesn't smell like he's lying either. From what she knows of seers, most of them are either really powerful demons or really gifted humans.
She grinned, well, if he's lying, then that's that, but if he's not..." Say, I buy that. Then shouldn't you also see the future that I'm gonna say that I'll believe you? But if you're lying, well, I'll also play along until you prove otherwise."
Some seers have powers that grow powerful enough to see even the past or the present if several conditions are met. If he really can see, maybe he is or will become powerful enough to tell her who it was that left her in the human world and who first taught her how to hunt both for blood and dreams when she was barely four years old.
