so...I think I was raped today...on the bus coming home from school. I have been raped before, but today a freshman who usually sits with me started toucing me. I told him to stop but he wouldn't. so when he got up for some reason I moved seats to a junior I know. ((I'm a Sophomore)). the freshman came back and was really mad that I had moved to he grabbed the sleeve of my jacket and started pulling on it telling me to get back into the seat with hi. when I said no he tried to grab my bookbag and pull it away from me. luckily I kept ahold of it, but he grabed my boob again then put his hand down my shirt. I'm not wearing a low shirt either. It stops at my collar bone. I instinctivley screamed just because I a very skiddish and jumpy by nature and he told me to stop and to hold still, and to move my hand cuz I had it at the top of my shirt. then he sat on top of me and the junior and told me to touch his balls. I didn't of couse, but it made me mad. when he finally moved back to his seat behind me he kept reacnig around and grabbing my boob adn the kid in the seat next to him was cheering him on. would this be considered rape?

Rape is considered forced intercourse.. Considering he only touched you that would be sexual harassment or molestation
If you were raped before you should know whats considered rape & what isn't Please do not go around saying you were raped when you really weren't.

You should have kicked his a** in the bus so everyone saw.
Or you could get guy friends that really respect you and..show him a little "lesson" if you will, on how to really treat women. (get them to beat him up for you)

Violence is no way to solve anything. Considering you were on a bus you have plenty of witnesses I would go report it if I were you.

Well what would "talking" to a freshman do? absolutely nothing!
I'm a guy, not that I've done that but I know how they think. If he goes that far, he is beyond being confronted by his victim. It will only cause him to be rougher to prove that he isn't so easily confronted.
The guy needs to learn some respect. Cause its either a beating by schoolmates or a beating in jail, or even worse.... yeah I think you get this one. I've visited plenty of prisons to observe and talk to inmates (I'm majoring in criminal justice) they've told me what they do to women abusers. Trust me, a school beating would look like heaven for him. I know violence doesn't solve anything but whats in store for this kid is nowhere near "paradise" or peace.
But yeah, reporting it also works.. but IF there are witnesses, and to me it looks like the only witness was cheering him on. So I don't think there is a case there. Unless the guy flips. Restraining order works wonders as well.

okay, here's the thing, the kid tells you to touch his balls, PUNCH his balls, he'll never ask you to do so again, the kid touching your boob and such, bite him, he'll also never do so again.

You should tell your friends so that way, you all can go up to him and you caN tell him," Don't ******** touch me again or next time I'll kick your a**."

Jayde_Viveca alright, but I'm not sure what's what, and I'm not. I was just asking...geesh..........
I agree with what Kira said.
Usually, if you were raped before you'd notice there is a huge difference from the legit rape and just him touching you. Unless of course, you weren't really "raped" the first time,
And everyone here has great advice. I'd say tell him to stop the first time, and if it happens again, report him. Don't even hesitate/
