What am I doing. I like GIRLS.
(specifically, 2 very specific girls)
BUT MORE IMPORTANTLY; girls in general.
WHAT. AM. I. DOING.

I sympathize. If you don't know what you're doing, stop lying to yourself and go get what you really want.

Find a lady who will treat you right, not a boy who won't satisfy you.

I think the phrase "what am I doing" sort of implies that .. you need to get out of this. D;

As I recall from your posting history, this isn't a recent thing.
In fact I seem to remember a running gag about 'worst lesbian ever'.
Maybe you're not actually a lesbian, you don't actually like girls, and just need to admit it.

Whatever it is you're doing, I hope some sort of confirmation occurs for you, whatever it may be! It's a confusing/difficult thing to deal with, I'm sure. >:

Cait, there's a difference between lying to myself and just realizing that my feelings have changed/maybe I made a mistake.
Morde, I knowwwww. gonk
Addy, I knowwwwww! gonk gonk
Edge - It's more like I occasionally meet a really nice guy, decide that maybe gender doesn't matter after all, and then end up remembering why I LIKE GIRLS. I just never learn anything from my decisions. -_-
Tanya - I'm dating probably the nicest guy on the planet and I'm starting to think that it was kind of a mistake and I don't know what to do because a. I suck at breakups and b. Despite everything, I DO still like him and I don't want to hurt him because he's sooo niiiiiccceeee and so in love with me and gonk gonk gonk gonk gonk gonk FFFFFFFFF

You're not happy. Don't be unhappy just for his sake. :<

I'm not totally unhappy...I just get really unhappy occasionally. :c
I feel like if I even try to bring up the fact that I want to break up, I'll just start crying because I'll feel so bad. Then how convincing will I be??

I understand that he's good to you, and that you like him a lot. I also understand that there's a itch for you that he really can't scratch. If you aren't that attracted to him and only to his personality, it's going to be really hard to stay in that relationship and only occasionally be unhappy. If you think like this now, then think about how you'll feel in the long term.
I think that, either way you choose to go, you're going to feel bad, but you can't just wait for how you're feeling to go away. I'm sorry for that it's troubling you though.

I'd go with what Addy said, broski. Of course you're not totally unhappy -- but if it's something major and you can't change it, even if it is minor now (if it is even minor), it may turn into a major issue later. D:

Win-win. True advice: Try weighing the options, or decide that gender doesn't matter.
