It was a rainy night. A Nobleman was in a carriage, counting all his gold. What he didn't know is that tonight. He would die.

The Horses got startled. and stood up on their back legs. The carriage fell over, the horses broke free, and started galloping away.

"Harry! Harry! What on earth happened!?!?!"

The nobleman asked, enraged. The driver just gave a grin. A demonic sort of grin. "You ready to meet destiny?" He asked, drawing his revolver. "You're not...Harry." The Nobleman shook in fear, but there was going to be no mercy for him. The Assassin pulled the trigger.

Gale left the dead body, and started heading down the road. Well, that was one person off the list...Now he had a few other people that he had to kill...Oh~ Lady luck must be on my side. He thought, as he saw his next victim heading into a forest path. It was an ex-thief. He tried to quite the thieve's guild..But..You can't quit that easily.

Gale followed him to his secret cottage, which wasn't so secret anymore. He waited outside patiently...Waiting for his victim to fall asleep. What this assassin didn't know was that someone was on his trail. He didn't know that she could be a serious threat to his career.

He started loading his revolver, his guard was a bit down.

Katania had been been following this assassin for quite sometime now but something told her that she might have to fight him in order to get him to do what she wanted. She saw how he left the body in the road which caused her to frown. Soon she flew to the cottage as she landed on the roof quietly to see him outside reloading his gun once more which caused a deeper frown on her face. She knew if this Assassin was good he would have noticed her already.

Gale was already done reloading when he heard the sound of...Wings? A cold glare shot up to the roof of the cottage. He felt...A...Presence. But, it was so dark, and the light from inside the cottage made him unable to adjust to the dark. Better get the job done now. He walked over to the front door, and kicked it down. "Farewell, old friend." He said, as he shot his target. It was a perfect hit.

He blew out the candle, and closed his eyes so the smoke wouldn't irritate his eyes that much. He listened to the rain, falling heavily on the roof. But, he could tell there was movement other then the rain.

He raised the revolver to the ceiling, and shot. A miss! he thought, a bit annoyed at his own mistake. The rain confused his hearing. Have I finally gone mad? Rain poured into the hole where he shot at.

Gale blinked a couple of times, so that he could adjust his eyes better to the darkness. He didn't like getting confused, so he decided that he should clear his confusion. "I feel sad, that I don't know who my guest is." He shouted, looking up at the ceiling. Expecting something.

Katania heard the gun shot from inside it caused her to frown once more wishing she knew why this man was so horrible to kill someone. Once she heard the shot she jumped off the roof hoping not to get hit by it. However, due to being hit by it, it certainly caused some damage to her wing. She was behind the house with her orange hair drenched from it before hearing him. She came out from her spot now and walked towards him, "Well here I am. Its nice to know you welcome guests with a gunshot." she said with bitterness.

Gale let out a small chuckle. "What an honor to meet a fairy." He said with a small bow, noticing her wing having damage to it. "Never thought I'd be stalked by such a cute lady~" he said winking at her, before his face became dead serious. "What do you want? Don't tell me you're here to kill me." He knew her being here to kill him wasn't the case. He had never heard of a event which a fairy killed a human...Well he had heard that before...But it was mighty rare to hear of such an event. "Did we meet each other my chance? Destiny? I know meeting a fairy is rare." He smiled once again.

Katania rose her eyebrow in response to his bowing and wished he hadn't. She noticed how he was flirting with her now before becoming serious once more. She laughed at him before going solemn, "No. You need to stop killing people." she said to him knowing perfectly well he wouldn't She crossed her arms at him even though he was smiling at her now.

Gale let out another chuckle. "Dear Fairy, Asking an Assassin not to assassinate is like asking someone blind, to see." He let out a small sigh, but kept his smile on his face. "Killing is so, deeply fun. The smell of blood, and their fearful expressions are so satisfying."

Gale the took a watch out of his pocket, and examined the time. "Well, I have no time to chat. Au revoir*!" He said, as he began walking out the door.

"Stop right there!" she said as she put up a shield in front of the door he was planning to go out. "By causing the break in the balance your not only going to break this world but as well as any others." she said to him

Gale's smile vanished as the door was blocked by a shield. Magic...? He wondered as he looked back at the fairy. "I don't care." He said in a low voice, it was like his eyes were glowing red, burning with hatred, and rage. "Why should I care?" He punched the shield, hoping that it would break, but it didn't. Blast... He scowled at the shield, but soon calmed his expression. The door is not the only exit. He thought, before turning to the fairy. "Whatever my destiny is, so be it. But for now, I know someone else who must be meeting destiny." He said as he ran for the window, and jumped out.

Katania noticed how confused he looked when she blocked the door with her own magic. "Well I do. Because if this world dies so do you." she said to him. She knew he wouldn't be able to break the shield with his own hands which was why she smiled a bit. She growled at him when he ran out the window cursing silently as she followed him right out. She tailed him knowing she would have to stop his killings in order to get him to listen to her now.

Gale didn't care if he died with the world. To him, there was nothing to live for. How pathetic Fairies are. They seem to be exactly as I imagined them to be. World lovers. Why should I care about the world? What have they done to me that makes me feel like I should be merciful. No one ever loved me, and it sickens me to see love shown to others who don't even work for it. Well, I'm tired working for it. So now, I'll just do whatever the bloody heck I want. he began running for the town, where his next victim was awaiting.

The rain was still pouring down while gale arrived at this toy store. It was closed, but there was still a light on inside which indicated life. The person who hired Gale for this job was the Toy Store's owner's arch rival. This'll be easy. He thought as he started picking the lock.

Katania growled knowing he didn't care but she had to stop them. She flew to Gale so he wouldn't kill another man due to his own greed. She then made sure the spell she used would prevent him from unlocking the lock he was picking. "We're not done yet." she said to him.
