~::Frozen in Time::~
~::Frozen Tower - 5th Floor (Acceptance)::~
The fifth level of the mysterious Frozen Castle that has replaced the Yasogami School Buildings, those who come here must overcome a trial of mental and physical fortitude in order to escape its dangers and move on to the Final Level of the Frozen Castle.
This floor is stalked by a dangerous guardian whose sole intention seems to be preventing anybody from passing through en route to the top of the tower. Quote: Guardian - Sanae

Rednal"Well, this is something different." Rednal muttered, looking around the area. Something here really didn't feel quite right... Too cold, too fuzzy-minded, too... actually, all things considered, it really wasn't that bad. He'd been in much worse of a situation than this before, and after glancing around, he carefully focused his thoughts. All right, then... "It's a little dim here... Sola Invictus." he broke the card that had formed, and his Persona appeared above him, letting a wave of energy flow over his body in the meantime, enhancing his attack... and the glow of doing so helped him make out the surroundings a little better, which was most of why he'd done it. Spells did what they did, but little things like that weren't so bad, either... and his Persona was aligned with the sun, so hey.

Faustus Necromonium
The green haired boy visibly shivered as he walked around, looking for someone else. One minute, he'd been at home.. The next thing he knew, he was in this.....really cold place.
He walked around, his arms bundled up as he looked around. "Hello?" he called. "Anyone around?"
He silently hoped that his friends, or rather, any sort of ally was present at the time.

 Mataki Hito Student Council President
"You've taken your actions one step too far." Mataki murmured to nobody, recognizing the frozen prison for what it had once been. There was only one place that he held with especial esteem, and presiding over it had been the duty he sought to fulfill. To have some dark, unknown figure encroach upon it was enough to do more than upset the Student Council President, though few could tell looking at his face. Spotting the silver haired student who had himself wrapped up nicely in the affairs of Soji and Personas, Mataki felt a bit of confidence return as he prepared to play the fool again, a simple human caught up in the mystery of it all. "Huh, is that you? You're Ak'Thias, right? I saw a flash just now and came to see if anyone else was around. What's going on?" Mataki asked dully, holding his head to add to the image that he'd just woken up and was still fuzzy from whatever had happened. Not that it was hard to believe either, since he had come too not long ago, and the paleness of his skin could only lend weight to the belief that he stood there, unwell as of the moment.

Sanae Don't worry. Just come into my arms and I'll make everything better... <3 "Excuse me." a soft, gentle voice said from behind Mataki. A girl was standing there, a friendly, welcoming sort of smile on her face. Mataki (and indeed, some of the others there) might recognize her as Sanae, a Junior from Class 2-3 who was known pretty widely for her personality. The girl who spent a lot of her free time doing volunteer work, helping pass out pamphlets for obscure religious groups, picking up trash along the roads... a very helpful person overall. Though what she was doing in such an armpit-exposing outfit was unclear... But then, people had convinced her to wear some pretty silly things in the past and she'd always gone along with it. "You seem a little lost at the moment, President; is there anything I can do to help?"

 Mataki Hito Student Council President
"Well I wouldn't mind finding an exit..." Mataki replied, turning towards the Junior and taking a moment to recognize her, of course. It was safe to say he was going to stay at arms length, but since she didn't come any closer, he didn't have to move which meant that thought wasn't given away. Standing between she and the other meant that either, or neither, or even both could be part of this predicament, and he wasn't going to hastily judge the green haired Junior or his silver haired Persona using companion until he knew what was going on. "I don't suppose anyone has an explanation for what's going on, do they?" Mataki asked, his hand slipping into his pocket. Staffs were large and noticeable, so it wasn't like he could have had one on him when he was whisked away to this winter wonderland, but worse was his hope to hide his powers. In the end, the decision though was left up to the location itself, and if no answers came then violence might not have been an avoidable final answer.

RednalWell, well, wasn't that interesting? He wasn't totally sure of the extent of her powers, but the pendant he'd gotten from the party at that dorm was registering some elemental affinities on the girl. She definitely had some kind of power. Besides those, uh, obvious assets. Good grief, how did that actually happen in Japan? Still, she didn't really seem aggressive... Just what was going on here? Maybe she'd been pulled into this the same way they had. And the Student Council President didn't seem like he was villainous either... Still, this whole area gave him an odd feeling. Something wasn't right here, and he wanted to know what. That was gonna be the first step to resolving all of this, and with Sola Invictus on his side... Well, he could put up a pretty good fight if he really needed to. Sanae Don't worry. Just come into my arms and I'll make everything better... <3 "Hmm... I don't know if there is one." Sanae said, putting a finger on her chin as she thought, a puzzled expression on her face. She clapped her hands together a moment and smiled. "Why don't we all sit down and have a bite to eat, though? It's no good worrying on an empty stomach, and the water's almost done for some tea." the girl turned around and started walking. Sure enough, just around a corner was a kotatsu, though the cord went out of sight... still, it was warm, and the girl had promised food. "Ah, and I have coffee, if you'd prefer that, but I haven't been able to find any sugar." She didn't seem to recognize that anything was wrong with the situation, considering how she was treating everyone like guests in her home.

 Mataki Hito Student Council President
Mataki's head turned for a moment towards Rednal, and a small wave of arm and hand signaled to the other while Sanae turned away for a split second, with an 'After you' gesture. A good leader knew when it was time to step forward and accept a strange event without hesitation, for the good of everyone...but rather than avoiding some mystery poison, Mataki was simply interested in where the cord went. This was Yasogami, and this was his school, but more importantly he knew that before it had transformed there couldn't have been anyone else here. And that meant that Sanae was likely alone...at least, in this area. Who then was to be the culprit and mastermind to keep him from escaping the fifth floor's walls, if not the green haired girl? But the floor was big, and that was why he had no answer to that, and she might have been as innocent as the rest of them. Well, perhaps not...Rednal had yet to cause kotatsus to appear out of thin air, and his expression didn't say that everything was natural here. That was at least one mark against the girl..."If you're not bothered by it, I think finding a way out might be best. Where exactly did you say the plug for this was...? Of course I don't plan on ignoring your offer." Mataki said, taking a cup from the table after Rednal and holding it...of course you can pretend this doesn't exist if he did not. 8D

Faustus Necromonium
Faust moved around, shivering before he came up to where the others were, feeling the warmth, and seeing the Kotatsu.
Relieved, he moved closer, glad to be out of the cold. As he started over though, he noticed a vaugely familiar figure. "I...I think I remember you from the Maid cafe!" Faust called as he moved over to Sanae, putting a hand to his chin.
He'd had to help out at the festival, and she'd seemed relieved to have additional help. The girl always seemed nice and kind...
A good person in all.
"S...Sanae-san, was it?" he asked, lightly as he noticed the others too. Rednal, and the class president, if his memory served him right.

Sanae Don't worry. Just come into my arms and I'll make everything better... <3 "Oh, the cafe? That was a lot of fun." Sanae said with a smile as she remembered that event. A chance to help people out at school, on top of her volunteer work, and to make a lot of people happy while she was at it... Aah, some things were so nice! It was a shame the school didn't have events like that more often, but that was part of what made them so special. The boy whose hair color matched her own added another comment a moment later, and Sanae gave him a bright smile. "Mm-hmm. Kochiya Sanae." she didn't seem bothered by anybody using her first name. She looked over to Mataki a moment later. "The plug goes into the socket over there." she pointed to the corner where the cord vanished. A natural enough response; the thing seemed to be on an extension cord, and electricity had to be coming from somewhere, right? She took a cup of tea from the set she'd just poured and took a small sip of it, still smiling. "My mother always told me to keep my wits about me when things got strange." Sanae puffed her chest out slightly. Not that it needed it or anything. "And I don't think we're in any trouble at the moment, so it can't hurt to have a bite to eat, right?" She was almost literally sparkling. Sanae was just that sort of girl; she was always taking care of others, and seemed to honestly enjoy doing it. RednalRednal quietly took a sip of the tea after noticing Sanae have some as well. She had affinities, and he and Faust obviously did... the only person he couldn't seem to find any on was Mataki, which made him the odd one out. But then, why did Sanae have a kotatsu and fresh tea here? That sent all the warnings towards her, yet she didn't seem to be troublesome or a liar. How very odd. It would've been nice to be able to talk to some more of his friends about this, but... "So, how did we get here, anyway? My memory's a little fuzzy on that part..." he observed. This wasn't the first time he'd woken up someplace without knowing how he'd gotten there. Even discounting some of Yuno's more... uh... interesting actions, there was that time he'd been thrown into the Television World, and...

Faustus Necromonium
Faust smiled with her as she recalled the event, hearing her give her name. Kochiya...Sanae huh?
Faust nodded as she commented on how it couldn't hurt to have a bite to eat, them being in no immediate danger. "Sounds like a plan to me." he called as he sat down. He was a little hungry, though his own thoughts were wandering to why they were there when she remarked on how things got strange. "Yeah...I..don't know where here is..." he called. "but no sense in getting worked up right now, right?"
He smiled, feeling rather good about himself, despite the unfamiliar figures.
She seemed nice enough.

 Mataki Hito Student Council President
"Don't get me wrong but, aren't any of you cold? I'd prefer to get out of here quickly, myself." Mataki said, holding the cup with both hands. Truthfully he didn't feel much from the ice tower now that he was a demon, but anyone could tell this place wasn't the warmest location, and relaxing was not the same as calmly approaching the situation. "Um, by the way, does any of this seem...unnatural to you? I just get this feeling..." Mataki said, obviously referencing the supernatural ice. For someone normal ice appearing out of nowhere was obviously impossible, whereas they seemed to be taking this surprisingly well. As such, pumping them for some explanations might help. Also, it might give him a hint if anyone seemed like a fake, depending on their answers...he did happen to know more about them than they knew, after all. "This is like something out of a fairy tale..."

Rednal"Obviously." Rednal said dryly. "But it's not like running around screaming is going to help us, right?" he took another sip of his tea. "I mean, it's not like anybody's actively trying to kill us this time." Which was actually a more general statement than some might at first think, considering how much crap the town had been going through lately. It was actually pretty nice to be out of his house and not worried about something. Not that experience was suggesting this was likely to last, so... enjoy the little things while you had 'em, right? "Besides, the Kotatsu's warm, so I don't see what you're complaining about..." the ostensibly Japanese little table, covered with a thick blanket and having an electric heater on the inside to make things deliciously warm, was exactly what he was enjoying right now. Hence the cord to plug it in. Sanae Don't worry. Just come into my arms and I'll make everything better... <3 "Well, I was walking around earlier... and there didn't seem to be any doors. But I'm sure somebody will come and find us eventually." Sanae said. "And since it's warm here, we won't get frostbite or anything by wandering around the ice." It was right about then that a voice began to speak from somewhere over her shoulder... "Guesstssss? How very... interesssting." a sort of hissing voice said. Sanae looked around, clearly wondering where the sound was coming from. "Pardon me! There was some tea and stuff here, so I made some for everyone! I hope you don't mind!" she said with a smile. "Oh noesss... have all the teasss as you wantsss. For the exitsss, however... there iss jussssst one way. Acceptsss me, girl, and I will openss the door for your friendsss."

Faustus Necromonium
Faust paused, as Mataki remarked on asking if it was cold, before talking about how it was unnatural. "It's a little odd..." Faust called. "But..I'm fine with it..."
He paused at hearing the hissing sound, looking around with Sanae. "Who are you?" he called, trying to figure out the source of the voice.
He didn't know who it was...but it didn't sound nice. And it was talking to Sanae..... Just when things calmed down too. he thought, lightly.

 Mataki Hito Student Council President
"No one's trying to kill us...the quick way, you mean. But I suppose-" Then they started hearing voices. Great, just awesome. "I feel like I should be shrieking right now or something, and yet neither of you look very freaked out by all this. Why?" Mataki said, bringing a pair of fingers to the bridge of his nose to rub the fleshy patch and sigh with the utmost of endeavors. While he walked a fine line between relaxed and wary, they just seemed to...well I mean...they had just drank the tea the INVISIBLE MONSTER encouraged them to, had they not? "She has to accept you, you say? And who exactly is the voice behind the voice, if you'd like to indulge us..." Mataki had no problem following Rednal and Faust's leads if something dangerous were to occur, but for the time being he'd take care of being the reasonable, questioning one, since they seemed to be relaxed and 'saving their strength'. When the time came he could 'kyaa~' like a girl, and hide behind them if necessary, but for now words were their most precious commodities, so he'd spend his wisely.
