Now we all know I'm a Katy Perry fan. If you didn't know, well now you do.
Lately there's been a lot of hatin' on Katy in this guild, and I've been feeling a little left out and almost isolated in the guild. Not offended, but left out.
I know this is a Lady Gaga guild, not a Katy Perry guild, but I feel like maybe we should keep the topics more positive?
Like, not report on the negative side of all the Gaga news? We don't want to hear about people bashing our Mother Monster anyways. :]
So this is my suggestion. .__. I hope you guys see it's not a "omg stop ur hatin" type of thing, it's a "maybe we should focus more on Gaga" thing.

It's not really that, it's just that Katy Perry ended up saying so many good things and took inspiration from her, then she ended up taking a huge ego boost inbetween the music video of: If I Ever See You Again and California Gurls(Girls?) she ended up well... thinking she could take all of what she said bac and replace it with s**t. We just report it. I'm a fan of Katy's music, just not her personality. Some people think that Katy is actually trying to apoligize to Gaga, especially since the release of Firework.

I agree-ish. I love katy, but i don't know a single thing about her. so i dont feel like i have the right to hate...
but then again, i never feel like i have the right to hate anyone sweatdrop

I mean, we already have a system going, but humans will always run systems at this particular point. People will always have their way to voice opinions, but from here on out I will be on the lookout for sheer negativity. Reason will always play a part to which degree we extend our inner "hate" monsters. An example being Kerli. If I see someone like Kerli talking trash on Gaga without an apology, I won't mind guild members bashing Kerli. But she did apologize. My point is, I'm sorry this guild made you feel that way, even for a bit. I know darn well that it wasn't their true intentions. I'll try my best, along with the crew's, to make sure that this remains a positive archiving community for Gaga .. through positive reasoning. Thank you.

I think I read that Gaga and Katy shared a bottle of wine and talked at the VMAs. It was in one of those stupid celebrity gossip deals, though, so...
The video for Firework gave me back all the respect I had lost for her, to be honest. Actually, that song in general. <3

Don't forget the FIENDETTE SMASH!!! blaugh But on topic, I suppose the whole Katy business has been standing out in a guild focused on GaGa lately, so apologies from me as well. As far as Katy goes, I like her music tbh, and I hope that she does patch things up with GaGa. After all, the Monster Goddess is a powerful woman, and having a friend like GaGa would definitely be a good thing for her. Besides, everyone knows, "don't f*ck with the GaGa" wink
