I'm sure you've all asked one of these questions before: Why was I denied? When will I be graded? Why dont they put up topics that will tell us easier ways to get our customs approved? Well, with this guide here I hope to answer all of these questions, and hopefully get things done faster.

When submitting customs, PLEASE do not submit ten customs on the same page, especially if each custom has a long RP sample and description. Having to look at multiple things for one user is frustrating and time consuming, and in general, makes us less likely to look at it from sheer laziness (Not to say we are lazy, but if I saw ten posts, and each had five jutsus on it, I wouldnt look at it either). Post one jutsu at a time, then when it is approved, submit another. This gives us a chance to look at your jutsus more in-depth, gives other people a chance to post, and different crew members a chance to judge.

If you see more than ten customs waiting to be approved, PLEASE do not submit another until the current ones are completed. This ties into the too many things rule, because if there are eleven things to look at, the crew member cant just do 1 or 2, he/she has to do all 11 at once, and that's just annoying. Keep the list of jutsus pending short, and they'll be checked more often.

Make a good RP sample/description. With only one thing pending, you have more space to put in a description that encompasses all aspects of the custom, and an RP sample that does that too. If your RP sample is short, thats ok, as long as its not ridiculously short, and encompasses all aspects of the jutsu. If you want a big RP sample, thats fine too, but not insanely big. Reading a 5 page sample for a jutsu that makes clay senbon (exxageration, but you get the idea) is just plain annoying.

Use correct grammar. I cannot stress this enough. Not only does it make you look more intelligent, it allows us to read through it with no unnecessary confusion. On that note, also avoid adding things like "lol" or emiticons.
