Helga sat cross-legged on her bed staring at some of her new school books; Introduction to Necromancy, Creating Life 101, Beginners Guide to Reanimation... just to name a few. She was excited, she'd finally be able to learn more about death and what can be done with the bits left behind. Chunks of her white hair fell forward as she loomed over the book. Helga smiled as she reached out and gently touched the books to make sure they were still real. This felt to good it just had to be a dream, but it was real. She felt lucky to stumble across the school it had to be fate or destiny or perhaps sheer dumb luck that she found the place like she did. There was a noise from the other side of the room. Helga tore her attention away from the books a moment to glance at her roommate Rita. The two were getting along as well as one would expect them to. With a small shake of the head she turned her attention back downward. These books should feel lucky if they could feel anything at all, Helga only ever gave this kind of attention to dead things.
Rita sat at her desk turned vanity. This was the fifth time she did her make up and finally it came out how she wanted. Another year and more days filled with dull teachers that just made her wanna fall asleep. She did hear that there were some new teachers this year though, and her Witchcraft class was one of the classes that got one. So with any luck it might actually be more interesting now. Rita caught a glimpse of her creepy new roommate in the mirror. She rather liked this girl compaired to the last one. Helga was quiet, kept to herself and didn't object to Rita ruleing the room. The only downside would be when Helga started bringing back homework.... she'd have to find some sort of smell barrier spell to put up to keep the stench of death out of her side of the room.

Helga perked up as she heard the bell ring, classes would be starting soon and she didn't want to be late on her first day. Quickly she piled up her books and stuck them in the messanger bag she had. "See you after classes," she said to Rita who didn't even acknowledge her. Either way she didn't care and hurried off to her Necromancy class.
Rita just rolled her eyes at her young roommate, there was still plenty of time before the first class started. After wasting a few more minutes of doing trivial things she decided to finally get going. The Witchcraft room was clear on the other side of the school and she'd have to fly like a bat out of hell if she waited any longer. Grabbing her small purse, which had her books and everything in it, and grabbing her staff she took a side saddle seat on it and hovered a few feet off the ground before flying out the window and over towards her first class.
