It was a dark and chilly night as Lilith dashed from tree to tree. She was looking for someone but did not know who, someone for some reason she knew she had to meet. The moon was full and almost at the highest point in the sky and the air was moist due to the ocean across the open land. Wonder where this mysterious person was or even who it was, Lilith continued to search. She moved with such subtleness and agile that she appeared no more than a silent blurr as she moved from tree to tree.

Mystique leaned against a tree,sighing as she ran a hand through her hair.Today was moving too slow for her...she hated when this happened.Her cat ears twitched slightly as she noticed the wind picking up,making her scan her surroundings. "Hmm...nothing..."She whispered blinking in confusion.She then shruged and closed her eyes.

Lilith stopped for a moment thinking she heard something close by. She looked around for a bit from the shadows, that way no one could see her, but she didn't see anyone herself. The wind began to pick up speed causing her sensitive ears to twitch as she walked up and leaned against a tree.

Mystique's ears twitched more when she felt another presence near by.She opened one eye and searched around,spotting another girl leaning against the tree. "..." She wondered if she should say anything,but seeing how the girl was able to get so close without her noticing right away she decided that she should keep her mouth shut to avoid any conflict.

Lilith closed her eyes and listened to the sounds of the wind blowing and the leaves rattling. The night air was becoming colder and the mist was beginning to form. Lilith could sense something, another presence. She slowly opened her eyes and appeared to have disappeared. "And who might you be?" She asked the new girl from the opposide side of the tree. Somehow she knew she wasn't in danger yet her hand was gripping one of her daggers as she leaned her back against the tree.

Mystique frowned at the other girl.The stubborn side of her told her to just look away and ignore the girls question,but that side didn't win. "My name is Mystique."She said turning to the girl before a playful smirk appeared onto her face. "Ya know it's quite rude to ask someone their name before introducing yourself first."She added in a playful tone,crossing her arms behind her head with a toothy grin.She noticed the girl gripping a dagger but that didn't seem to stop her playful mood.

As Lilith heard Mystique's sweet voice she began to feel something odd come from inside her. Reluctantly she answered, "My name is... Lilith." As she stood their, her tail began to slowly move closer to Mystique, as Lilith's hand released her dagger. "So what brings you out here?" She asked in a more gentle tone.

Mystique smiled warmly as her left ear began to twitch. "Well nice to meet you Lilith."She said in a cheerful tone.She blinked as she watched the girl release the dagger before smiling even more. "I liked how nice it was tonight and decided to wander around."She said tilting her head. "What about you?Looking for someone?"She added nodding to the girls dagger.

Lilith looked at Mystique, and couldn't help but to smile back at her. "Honestly, I just had a sudden urge to come out here. Something told me I'd find someone, so I just sort of acted on it." She gave a nervous laugh after saying that. "See truth be told, I have no home to go to and I'm tired of being alone," her tone suddenly became serious and yet somehow sad. "So that's why I just came out here." She tried to give a smile to hide her sadness.

Mystique blinked at Lilith's story,her ears droping down a bit. "You don't have a home?"She asked frowning.Mystique thought a bit,she didn't really care for sticking around in one place so she didn't find a need for a home...but she felt a need to help the other girl,just because she enjoyed being a stray doesn't mean others did.Mystique ran her crimson colored eyes over Lilith before reaching out and grabing the girls hand. "Come on."She said before walking and bringing the girl along with her.

Lilith felt herself being jerked in the direction Mystique was walking. "Where are we going?" She asked as her stubburnness got the better of her. She pulled her hand away and stood there with her arms crossed. "Look before you get all emotional, I don't mind travelling, but I just don't want to be alone anymore." As she said this, her voice sounded sad, but she quickly tried to cover it with a look of pride.

Mystique blinked as she felt the girl pull away,she looked back before shruging. "Some place to camp out or something,I dunno I haven't really thought about it I just felt like moving."She said making a nervous smirk. "You said you didn't have anywhere to go so I thought it'd be nice to camp out and have some company."She said before looking away with a pout.

Lilith looked at Mystique and said, "Ok lets go find somewhere to camp," in a cheery way. As she walked towards Mystique, she stumbled and fell on a tree root. "Owie," She said as she grabbed her knee looking at the bruise she had just recieved.
