World: Earth's water level has slightly risen, and the continents have been separated into a around fifty medium sized islands and two or 3 large islands. Smaller islands are everywhere and most have a small town or an outpost on them. Airships are the most common form of inter-island travel, but there are boats and land vehicles. There are quite a few airship refueling stations residing in the air and on certain larger islands. It is not uncommon to find an unoccupied island and claim it for oneself. Each continent claims one third of the land in the world as its own. Each has an army large enough to protect all of their territory.
