This forbidden jutsu is a murder-suicide attack – killing both the user and the target. The user makes a one-handed seal with both their hand and the intended victim's. Two snakes are then summoned from the user's sleeve, biting both their wrists and killing them by deadly venom. Although, in the sin clan's case It will take moments longer due to the nature of the poison.

╫Background Information╫
Born and raised in konoha and up until a year ago had still been a Genin. The funny thing was, it was because his over caring squad leader that had practically forbid him from entering the chunnin exam . It was on behalf of the squad leader loosing his brother in the very same exam that he forbid him to partake in it. when he turned eighteen Kato decided he would take the exam to show his leader that he was good enough to be a Jounin one day. When Kato took the exam he had been awarded not only his Chunin rank but his Jounin rank at the same time.
Now as Temari is the rep for Suna, Kato is the rep for konoha. Exchanging a few weeks at a time in Suna. When not in Suna, Kato does regular missions ranking from B to A or S in a squad.
Kato even only being Nineteen, lives alone in his complex due to his parents being dead. In the ninja world it's nothing out of the normal and Kato knows that. He feels no remorse as he knows there in a better place.
