So this is a thread to discuss what you guys want for crew/kroo elections and other things you want to see change in the guild... that you will help get changed since you are mentioning it.

1. Crew elections - How often do you guys want to run them?
How many crew do you guys want?
Are you all ok with a rule saying that if crew hasn't been active in weeks and hasn't given any indication that they are leaving, will be demoted and replaced after a reasonable amount of time?
Anything else you want to say or add.

2. What things do you want to see done? What do you want to see done differently.

I think that the two-vice no-crew except GM model would work if both of the vice captains stayed active for the period of time they were elected for!
I do think it would be a good idea to run VC elections soon... but honestly I guess if you want to wait until the "official" end of Ana and I's term... as it's sometime next month so it's not too far away.
Also, I think the "if you're not active you're off kroo." rule would be a good one

Um, I'm not sure how often we should run kroo elections, but as for the size, perhaps about two or three would be reasonable? I don't know how big kroo was before or what would be a good size, so I'm just giving like a rough estimation or something. /shrug

Also, I'm alright with kroo being demoted and replace if they haven't given notice about being inactive or anything.

2 kroo is good with me. Cycle them as you'd please. I don't see why we shouldn't all shoulder some responsibility at some point.

I'd say that two crew members, either 1 VC and 1 Regular Crew or 2 VCs (however you want to do that) would be enough. The guild doesn't active enough to need four or five crew.

As long as they are active, we should keep them for their whole term. But if they are inactive, then start an election for a new crew member.

So yeah, I agree with everyone else.

I agree with everyone else here on the matters of Crew and Crew-terms. 2-3 Crew members would be good for the guild at its current state.
