personality ASSERTIVE – Liesel is a naturally-born leader. She knows what she wants, how she’s going to get it, and can give you a timeframe of when she expects it to be done. She schedules everything meticulously, and absolutely will not stand for something that’s out of line with her goals. She doesn’t use any flowery words or sweet flutters of her eyelashes to get what she wants – because she doesn’t need them, although her face is naturally pretty anyway. She’s clear and always cuts to the point.

The truth is, Liesel is a bit of a control freak. It just feels dangerous to leave everything in someone else’s hands, and unnatural to have someone else making decisions – someone that’s not her. But she’s a natural problem-solver anyway, with her quick thinking. When she’s faced with something absolutely unfamiliar, she pretends she knows what to do and exactly what she needs to say. Sometimes this gets her into trouble when she’s rushing ahead without thinking, but for the most part, her confidence helps.

She wishes everyone were as straight-forward about their intentions as she was, though. Liesel never lies, and she makes good on her promises, no matter what they are. She refuses to go back on her word, and she’ll only believe in fairy tales when she sees them happening before her eyes. She does, however, believe in achieving your dreams - something that she's always known she has the power to do.
