It wasn't that far away from her house, Hugbell argued to herself as she made her way to the park. Which it wasn't that close either. This was perhaps the furthest the girl had gone since she found out she was a senshi.
Sans those times she happened to still be at the school. She was following something though, keeping her distance from it to at least keep from startling whatever it was. Which her guess was another youma, from the power she was getting off of it.
It seemed not to be bothered by her though. Hugbell looked a little concerned, she wondered what it was after if it wasn't after her... Teddy bear in toe the little girl seemed to be stalking something she couldn't even see.

It was most likely after Sheldon Hobbes, one sad sitting duck of a person. Or more correctly, the smell of cannabis that was wafting through the chill of the night, circling around Sheldon as he sat upon a park bench in serene bliss.
Sure, it was past city curfew but that usually didn't stop the green haired youth to steal away in the night from time to time, just trying to get away from the hustle and bustle that happened during the day. No one bothered him and no one was in sight, all were trying to obey the law and nestle warm in their homes.
Except, well, the occasional senshi, negaverse agents and of course random youma that made rounds within Destiny City. Which would bring us back to the one currently stalking Sheldon Hobbes trying to figure out what the hell that weird smell was.
It was a small feral looking thing, something of an odd mix between what could be a canine or a fox.... or even a cat but it had mated badly with a howler monkey of some sort. It was mangy, unkept, its eyes were lopsided and what would probably be euthanized right away if trucked to the pound. And it was silently making its way towards the tolked out teenager, curiosity and a bit of glee running through its glassy black eyes.
The silence was broken upon rounding a tree, as it let out a gurgled and raw stretch as it leapt through the air and latched itself onto Sheldon's shoulder. The youma so happened to also have claws - of course it did - which helped it keep its balance, trying to climb up and over to snatch at the stick of the now flailing teenager.
"OW! ow! OH GEEZ!" Sheldon shrieked, having jumped out of his seat to run circles with some weird... thing on him.

Hugbell paused when she saw the boy and what was attached to him she backed up a bit. It wasn't something cute and fluffy that she'd hoped it'd be, while it was fuzzy it looked rather... deformed.
She frowned thinking and when it latched on to him she squeaked. "Shoot." She was hoping to at least lure it away, instead she was going to have to try to... defeat it on her own. She ran over to the park bench and jumped on it for a bit of height. Being a short senshi wasn't very good when it came to needing to throw things.
She looked at her teddy, "Sorry." She whipsered softly before throwing it, hoping to hit the mutant fox thing. Of course, getting something's attention might be a good idea too.
"Leave him alone! I'm Sailor Chibi Hugbell, and I'm here to comfort you!" She cried at the creature and boy, okay so maybe the cheesy catchphrase line wasn't the best line to use in this instance... It could be worse, right?

The foxy Youma was so close to its initial target, its long arm swatted at the weird smoking stick as it fell from the teenager's hand and down towards the ground. This was target A and soon after he figured out what it was all about, he would have the opportunity to kill a human tonight; all in all not a bad evening. Long claws dug into the human's flesh once again as the Youma braced itself to jump off, causing the boy to yell out again and stagger. The stick was on the ground, as was the human it had attacked. So close!
And then something soft and plush it it square on the back. It paused, it's back arched and its bushy tail bristled and stood up on en - except the very end that lopped to the side. The Youma hissed, turned around all frantic to find who had hindered it to its prize. Seeing HugBell, it let out another raw yowl.
Sheldon, on the other hand, was kneeling on the ground in pain; for such little claws they sure did hurt like hell. Was he bleeding too? He risked groping along his shoulders and back with one of his hands to confirm that yes, yes he was indeed bleeding. Awesome. He was reeling from it all - pain, bleeding and just being attacked by something odd - that he almost missed the little senshi's challenge.
His yellow eyes glanced up to see what looked like .... a child, a small little girl in a frilly outfit with a teddy bear looking hoody. Wait, "huh?"

Hugbell was not very happy. "You leave that poor guy alone!" She yelled at the fox, it looked rabid.... she didn't want to play with rabid animals.
She was trying not to show that she was afraid of the stupid thing either, knowing her luck they could smell fear. She chanced a glance at Sheldon who was bleeding, poor fellow.
When he said huh she paused, did he not hear her? Of course she wasn't sure there was time for that as she jumped off the park bench and stuck her tongue out at the fox thing. Maybe it'd chase her and she could lead it in front of a car or something stupid like that to get it dusted... nublet senshi is still a nublet.

Sheldon stared hard at the little girl, blinking his eyes every so often to see if this was some sort of hallucination brought on by the two feeble hits he had gotten off of his joint. She looked like a senshi - the dress and defending demeanor was clue enough - but did they now come in pocket size?
"Um...." He was articulating really well tonight it seemed, such a man of many words. But, he needed this situation to be make sense in his head even though things never made sense anymore anyways. He paused mid though, staring at his hand, noticing that the blood flow wasn't that terrible. It was still worse than what seemed like a normal animal would cause, but at least the pain was subsiding.
"You're a senshi, right?"
The Youma couldn't smell fear really, maybe just a little bit, but the delicious smell of power was more overwhelming and more attractive. It was the type of smell it was supposed to go after, the type that it was drawn to. Sheldon and the funny stick would now be forgotten as he rounded on the little girl senshi.
The fox monkey thing cocked its ear to the side, at first confused over her sticking her tongue at it ... and then angry. Was that a challenge? It sure seemed like it!
[chiri note: feel free to control it xD;]

The chibi senshi was more focused on actually keeping her limbs than actually doing much talking, however she knew it rude not to at least reply, so she simply gave a short, "Sure am." When he asked if she was a senshi.
The stupid fox monkey thing was no sort of a pet she wanted to keep and cuddle. She couldn't really even say it was easy to name it George from the way it looked.
She grinned when it took her challenge, however upon second thought, if there wasn't a car coming down the road there'd be an unfortunate miscalculation on hugbell's part. She frowned as she jumped back onto the bench and over the fox as it swiped at her shoe, she narrowly missed being caught by the ugly thing. That's not to say her landing was graceful as she ran to grab her teddy bear.
By this point she was sad it wasn't more useful, and a frown was evident on her face as she tried to think of a way to defeat it... "You wouldn't happen to have anything useful on you to help me with this thing... would you?" She asked as she continued to play dodge the fox monkey, occasionally having to kick at it. It wasn't quite the best of situations having not been one to defeat youma instead only aid in their dusting. poor Sheldon had to get the not quite trained novice to help him out this time. Hugbell was starting to panic, just a little as she had to punt the fox thing to keep it from biting at her leg.

So, that would be confirmation. Sheldon wobbled back to his feet and sidestepped himself when the fox monkey thing swatted at the little girl's shoes. Too close. He staggered a little and watched as she collected the Teddy Bear she had apparently thrown at the thing. Really?
Sheldon took a few more steps down, trying to give a little more distance between himself and the little Youma and thought about her question. He really only had so many things on his person; his keys, his wallet and his lighter. His lighter seemed a decent option, but if things went wrong than the monster would have another advantage: claws and, well, being on fire. And he wasn't going to just throw his prized Pac-man lighter at the thing!
"It's not like I carry a bat with me," Sheldon replied finally, keeping himself on the move - albeit not really since he was a sluggish person. "Don't you have magical powers?"
Aa crap, it was really going after her. She might have the advantage of having powers, but she still was pretty small. Sheldon was a lot bigger, maybe..... he looked around and found a hefty looking rock and threw it.

She squealed as it tried to bite her again, kicking it's mouth shut. She frowned, really a guy that didn't have anything useful on him. "Why are you wondering around without anything to protect yourself with!?" She asked stupid guy, he was old enough to know better!!!
She watched the rock bounce off the monsters ribs. "Yeah.... Magical powers, they really only work on jello monsters or to catch people falling." She was looking around for a large stick. Sadly that meant climbing a tree... maybe the fox couldn't climb a tree! She tried to jump for the nearest branch.
"My teddy bear expands I'm not sure that works well." She said as she tried to yank the branch down holding the teddy bear in the mouth by it's ear. She was trying to keep an eye on the fox too... maybe the bear would be a good idea.
She tossed it down and called "TEDDY COMFY CATCHES!" She watched it grow as it fell wondering if it's going to land on the fox without shrinking. She was jumping on the branch, "come on break!"

Did they really live in the type of city that one needed to carry a blunt object whenever they ventured outside? Sheldon blinked and then looked at the little monster terrorizing the pair, kind of making a point for Hug-Bell's question. Oh right. "These things don't normally happen!" He shot back, mostly to make himself feel better over the situation.
For a moment, they had the same thought of finding a big branch to attack it with. Sheldon glanced around wildly, sparing a few to keep the monster in check, as he tried to locate on on the ground. None, that would suffice anyways.
He paused in his search, looking back at the little girl's location as she called out her attack and watched the bear she had kept with her fall to the ground and grow. The Youma scampered, trying to get out of the drop zone but failed. It was covered now, by fluffy bear-ness and poked and prodded, trying to escape its odd net.
This was a chance! Sheldon ran towards the tree and held out his arms, geared to catch her [hahaha ... aa]. "Don't worry about that! Let's make a run for it and try to find a better place with arsenal or something!" Or maybe another senshi could find them ... one with offensive attacks.

Hugbell was still trying to pull down the branch. She blinked and noticed the youma get caught under the bear. The little senshi seemed to be thinking about something. At least the bear didn't deflate.
When sheldon ran over she paused and had to think a second, as her grip began to slip. "Oh no..." She scrambled to get a grip again before swinging herself off the branch hoping to land on the youma's head when she noticed Sheldon's arms.
"Move!" She squeaked hoping he could move fast enough she was hoping landing on it with her weight might dust the youma but with the bear in the way... it was kinda hard to tell what would happen.

Okay... so, the little senshi obviously had a better plan than he did. "Wha-" Sheldon's eyes grew wide and he barely made out out of the way when she dropped herself out of the tree and atop of the still squirming Youma.
The teddy bear that she had previously dropped had begun to rapidly shrink by the time she made it down, but still not enough before the fox monkey thing was able to gain its freedom from the fuzz and fluff. Just like Sheldon's, its red eyes also widened in surprise when the pint sized girl landed right on top.
Sheldon stared from the side, his arms still tucked in close to his body, "Did you get it?"

When she landed the wind got knocked out of her, because it was a bit rougher of a landing than she'd hoped, thanks to her bear shrinking.
The youma was wriggling slightly trying to get out from under Hugbell of course it seemed pretty weak. For having a girl just land on it from a tree that was probably no surprise.
The chibi senshi frowned and pulled it into a tight hug around it's chest. She was not expecting it to actually poof into dust when it did. She blinked watching the dust and started sneezing as some of it went into her nose. She chuckled and dusted off her fuku. "I suppose I did." She answered looking around for her teddy bear before picking him up.

Wait, did she just .. hug it to death? "Did you just hug it to death?" Sheldon asked as he dared to get a little closer to where she had dusted the little creature, a mixture of confusion and amazement in his tone. That had to be downright, a little awesome .. and a little frightening [note to self: don't have senshi hug you].
"You all right, otherwise?" He asked, out of courtesy really, when he was finally next to her. This was when he realized just how short she was, and young - though it was really hard to tell, like something was messing with his senses.

She looked around, wondering actually why the thing had dusted. "I... guess?" She paused obviously that wasn't suppose to happen, it didn't normally happen that way. "Maybe he was hurt too bad when I hugged him... it just... finished him off?"
She nodded dusting off her dress a little more then her teddy. "Yes." She gave a soft nod. Her head tilted looking at him in that innocent gaze, which her butter yellow eyes could give. "Why were you out here?" She asked curiously.
