Halloween was just a few days away and Blade was getting a little anxious. He still hadn't managed to figure out the complete message at this point and time was running short. With any luck, the plan would have fallen through sometime and nothing will happen. That didn't seem too likely to him though.
Regardless, he was pretty much broke right now. The wallet he snatched the other day didn't get him too far, especially since he generally didn't do much with any credit cards he found. He wasn't out to ruin people's lives and that sort of thing was easier to track than straight up cash loss.
So it was about time to go out into town to get some more money. It'd also help clear his mind some. Silently he left the school and made his way into town. He had a hoodie on as usual for this sort of thing, but he didn't have the hood up just yet. It was a pretty nice night as far as he was concerned, seeing how it wasn't too cool or anything like that.

With each passing day as the clock ticked down to the time of Halloween, Klyde hated life more and more. He wanted nothing more than to stop time and avoid the whole life wrecking situation he was about to invoke on Riyo and himself. To add to his irritation he had gotten an anonymous e-mail with information he would probably have brushed off if he was in a better state of mind. As it was he hadn't eaten in the last day from the stress so the littlest of things set him off.
Reading over the e-mail again he tried to picture the situation. From what he was gathering it seemed as though this Blade kid had tried to take advantage of Riyo at the Halloween shop and had continued to harass her all day. If his mind had been working better he would have realized Riyo was more than capable of taking care of herself so this e-mail was complete bullshit....today however.....brain function was minimal.
Closing his laptop a little too violently he grabbed his jacket and left, his course of action at present was unclear even to him. Right now he just wanted to punch something. So when he made it outside the dorm it was obviously not a good time to see Tessa, who was currently flirting with some random boy on the football team. As soon as she spotted Klyde she excused herself from her conversation and sauntered over.
"Well, well, its been a while hasn't it, Klyde?" She smiled wickedly.
"Tessa, I'm not in the mood," Klyde grumbled stuffing his hands in his pockets.
"Oh, is that so? Then I suppose you didn't want to know that your current squeeze is cheating on you?"
Well that Klyde did find a little unlikely. He was more apt to believe Riyo had been cornered than that she would cheat on him....She wasn't nearly social enough for that. "Is that all?"
Tessa frowned since that didn't get nearly the reaction she had hoped for. "No, that is not all." She smiled sweetly. "Blade, the person she had been spotted with, just left for town." She was trying to stir up trouble any way she knew how. "I'm only trying to help Klyde, you can believe me or not. Its your choice."
Feeling the anger welling up Klyde just started walking instead of saying anything further. He had to tread lightly with Tessa since she liked to hang the fact that he had a little sister over his head. Once in town Klyde started his search. He was pretty sure he remembered what the teen looked like so hopefully it wouldn't take long to pin point his location.

Arriving into town shortly after he had left, Blade looked about to see how things were going. The streets were fairly busy as people were getting ready for the upcoming Holiday so it wouldn't be hard at all to snatch a few wallets and purses. He probably wouldn't even need to put his hood up with all the activity around.
With a slight grin, he went on, keeping his hands into his hoodie pocket for the time being. His dark red eyes were on a sharp lookout for anyone that seemed to be fairly well off. Before too long he had snagged one thing, but he wasn't ready to call it a day just yet.
He didn't think he would run into any familiar faces today, and over all he wasn't too worried with this little spree. The young thief was trying rather hard not to let the anxiety of what might happen in the next few days get to him.

The longer Klyde searched the more frustrated he became. He was nearly ready to punch a random stranger out of spite until he caught a glimpse of who he was looking for. Eyes narrowed he started making his way through the crowd, pushing people aside as necessary. Only a few strides away Klyde raised his hand ready to snatch the back of Blade's hood and drag him off the street into an alley way. A public viewing would probably be less than favorable.

Blade had spotted another potential target and was just about to get ready to make his move. With the person in his sights, he was fairly oblivious that he himself was being stalked right right now. So when he felt himself being yanked back by the hood, he was rather surprised. It was enough to cause him to lose his balance and stumble, making it a little easier to move him around.
"W-what?" he stammered as he tried to regain his balance and see who had grabbed him.

Once he had his hold Klyde wasted no time in getting out of sight. Dragging Blade with him to the closest alley they disappeared into the darkness. Eyes glowing faintly against the shadows he released Blade, trying to put a little force into it so that the boy would stumble and possibly fall. "So tell me, what did you do to Riyo." His voice was rather calm but his face reflected some of the anger he felt at the moment.

Still trying to get his balance, he struggled against whoever it was until he was finally shoved into the alley. Stumbling, he rolled onto the ground but quickly found himself crouching on the ground, ready to fight off the aggressor. When he saw Klyde standing there, he tilted his head and frowned. He was about to ask what he wanted, but he found out very soon.
"What did I do to her? I talked to her," he answered while still frowning, "Nothing wrong with that is there?"
In the back of his mind he was trying to figure out what could have spurred this. He didn't do anything bad, and in fact he was mildly surprised that Klyde even knew anything about the brief hang out.

"Really?" Klyde all but growled. "Because that's not the information I got." It was clear he was a little irrational at the moment. In a spurt of rage Klyde drove his fist into the wall beside him, the concrete giving way under his hand and crumbling to the ground. "Tell me the truth!" Not that he would listen to the truth, he was already geared up to beat Blade's a**. In light of that thought, why bother to wait for him to explain and try to lie?
Stepping toward the thief, Klyde reached down to snatch him up once again, the glow in his eyes becoming more vibrant as time went on. If nothing else was certain, it was obvious he was pissed.

Slowly standing up from his crouched position, Blade furrowed his brow as Klyde didn't believe him. He was about to say something but was cut off as the vampire struck the wall nearby. The thief took note of the power in that strike and was definitely a little more on the defensive here.
"I am telling the truth," he replied sternly, "Where the hell did you get your information from? Your old Hive buddies?"
As the guy approached to try and grab him, he brought his arm up to try and knock his hand away.
"I didn't do anything. If you heard otherwise, it was them who was lying and not me."

As his hand was knocked away Klyde growled low in his chest, a more feral expression taking over his features. Despite how human he normally looked he was far from appearing that way at the moment. "Shut up!" He reached out for Blade again, fingers almost like gripping claws. "If you're not going to tell me the truth I'll just beat it out of you." He grinned a little at the thought, it's what he had been looking forward to after all. Taking out his revenge. "I'll make you wish you never laid eyes on her."

"Calm down!" hissed Blade as he stepped back. He unfortunately was cornered here so he couldn't just make a run for it. That aside, he was trying to figure out what had gotten into Klyde. Then again, he hardly knew the guy so maybe he was like this more often. That... made him a little worried for Riyo's sake really.
"I seriously didn't do anything wrong!"
He was definitely on high alert now, considering how the vampire was acting, but it wasn't quite fear. Distracted with the thoughts running through his head, he didn't move from the other's reach until it was a little too late.
"Let go of me," he growled, getting ready to set the vampire on fire if he needed to.

((I dunno if Klyde knows Blade can use fire or not lol If anything he's not thinking about it which is bad because he'll light up like a christmas tree XD))
Jerking the thief to his feet Klyde yanked him to the side to slam him into the wall. It didn't take much to move him, Klyde was abnormally strong compared to humans, even more so now that he was angry. "Maybe I should have drained you like I thought about doing back at camp when you were injured in the woods. I could have spared myself the trouble." Drawing back a fist he aimed a punch at Blade's gut, holding back some of his strength because he didn't want it to end too quickly. He was in the market to make this boy suffer. "Tell me Blade, what attracted you to her?" Klyde nearly hissed.

Even if he knew Klyde was stronger than the average human, he wasn't quite expecting the amount of force used. Grunting as he was slammed into the wall, he found himself dazed from the impact. It was enough to leave his guard down so he ended up taking the brunt of the next attack.
With the wind knocked out of him, he couldn't really speak all too easily. Not to mention it made it nearly impossible to call upon his magic at the moment. But what had him a little more concerned was the question he was presented with. He did have a crush on Riyo so he couldn't truthfully deny that there was no attraction, and yet admitting that seemed like a rather bad idea right about now.
"Wh-why...do you... need to know..?" he gasped, having not quite gotten the air back into his lungs, "I didn't... do anything.."

He was still being evasive, at least that's what Klyde thought. Pulling Blade back he made to slam him into the wall again before letting him drop. Might as well make a little game out of this. His eyes showed a bit of insanity as he licked his parched lips. "How about a game of cat and mouse? I'll only give you one guess on what part you'll be playing." Apparently he was going to ignore anything coming out of Blade's mouth, nothing but lies.

Blade groaned again as he hit the wall for the second time before slumping down. It seemed like Klyde wasn't really listening to anything he was trying to say, which made dealing with the angry vampire all the more difficult. Slowly looking up at the look of insanity he was receiving, he grimaced and tried to push himself back to his feet.
"I'm not going to play any 'games' with you Klyde. Seriously, just back off and calm down," he hissed, though he was ready to make a run for it should the guy pounce like he thought he was going to, "Why don't you just Riyo yourself? Nothing happened."
