This was a game I played a while ago, and felt like bringing it up again. The concept is that the first post (mine) says an item that they put into the vending machine (any item that you know of), and then the next person says what comes out of the machine (something else, related to what went in), and then puts something else into the machine.
For example,
Inserts: playing card
Receives: poker chip
And it begins:
Inserts: Dr. Pepper bottle cap
