Might I propose a Guild-only Secret Santa?
I'm always hesitant to offer to be in charge of an event as this, because then I wouldn't be able to participate, but I still think it'd be loads of fun. Would anyone be interested in partaking in merry seasonal anonymous giftings?

Pandey v2 I've never really got the idea of a "Secret santa" what is it? Basicly you take all the names of who is taking part, write them on papaer or something, throw them in a container, and have everyone pick out one name. You then buy a gift for the person who's name you got, wrap it, place it under the tree after puting the right persons's name on it, and on the designated time, the gifts are handed out.

I can do the random pairing. As Guild captain I don't mind much not participating. I think it would be fun anyway.
We could set the gift limit at 5-10k? We can iron out the details but yea it's awesome. ^__^
edit: oh man. Rose, you could take half the participents excluding yourself btu id be in ur group, and i'll take the other half excluding myself but ud be in my group, that way we dont know whos our own secret santa. AHA!

There has to be some kind of set price range. Some people cannot afford the same as others. This way it is all fair and even. People will not feel left out, or guilty.
Ah no seat u can help too :O -head+palm- i was just saying one person taking half and the other taking half would solve the "oh no i know who my secret santa is" problem

I don't really mind not taking part. . . I always feel obligated to get something my secret santa person would really like, and then so often I disappoint them, and it makes me feel terrible o.o

I think we need a limit, but I think either a.) We need to make sure that every member participating has an item 5-10k on their wishlist or b.) We need to raise the limit. There aren't a lot of 10k items that people really want, you know?
