City History
A few miles outward from the village, there is a large city, but this cities lays in ruins after the great war between the Getsuei and the two other villages. This city was once filled with great wonders and beautiful pieces of art. Before the battle the city was known as Amatsu - Toshi, which means Heavenly City; and every night the moon would shine brightly, giving a the city an amazing lighting. Now the light of the moon shines over the ruined city, highlighting the destruction and pain the town had endured. Its gate was sealed shut by thick vines and fallen debris, but the gates to this city has been opened and some activity has been seen inside the village. Also strange images of a moon and skull have been popping up more and more around the city, the images are extremely close to the image that was used to symbolize the Getsuei, but as of yet the meanings these symbols or why they have starting appearing. But one thing is know for sure, entering into an area marking with this symbol is dangerous and shouldn't be taken lightly... Welcome to Amatsu - Toshi.
Area's Importance
Amatsu - Toshi is the home of the Getsuei. Because of this venturing out to this city is considered to be extremely dangerous. People enter here should known that not many people make it out alive. The Getsuei is ruthless and unforgiving, although they are quiet small at the moment. All areas marked with this symbol: [ ☪ ] means that it is under the control of the Getsuei. The Getsuei is run by the infamous Chaos, who is known to kill people to escape boredom. In order to become a member of the Getsuei you must first find him and you advised to state your business with anyone who you pass here.
Rules
• Posting here could lead to death or capture of your RPC so you have been warned
• You cannot RP as the enemy without given permission.
• You must come to the village at least once and have contact with Chaos and have him accept you in, in order to be considered a member of the Getsuei.
• All Getsuei have to have an official ninja rank, so your rank cannot be Getsuei.
• There are many ways to show others that your RPC is a part of the Getsuei, put it onto your profile, by adding it never to team or adding the Getsuei symbol in the title of your RPC page. [ ☪ ]
