"One moment please!" Came a friend voice through the door before the one on the other side lifted up on his tip toes to look out through the peep hole to see who was on the other side. Starring for a long moment at the rather intimidating, metallic creature that stood there but reminded himself that this was Deimos's friend. He said that time and again in his mind as he opened up the door, "Hello there, Gera." The petite rainbow haired kirin greeted him, Jiang who Deimos referred to as Momma Jiang.

He gave a smile, "Are you here for Deimos? That would be quite nice, maybe you could get him to leave his room? He barely even comes out to use the bathroom or eat." He said, concern sounding in his tone as he looked the way of the stairs that would lead to Deimos's room, "I can show you where his room is if you like, its upstairs."

Jiang wasn't one that normally did well with others but if it meant that Deimos might perk up he would be happy. He and his son were to alike and it made him worry about him a lot. He knew that there wasn't to terribly much hope for himself and he was fine with that, was fine hiding behind his hulking husband but Deimos... he wanted for him to be happy but it seemed due to the holiday and all of the frightening decorations around town he'd had a relapse and wasn't going out at all. It was terrible since before he was going out on adventures with that scary looking cat of his... he wanted things to return to how they were before. Sure his son was scared but at least he still got out of the house.

"Wonderful, thank you." He said, turning to lead the way, his little hooves clicking on the ground under the long, brightly colored robe he was wearing similar to those that Deimos wore from time to time. He started up the stairs, turning to make sure that Gera was following before looking forward again. He lifted his his hand up to knock on the door that had a cute sign on it that read 'Deimos'.

Silence reigned for the longest time so Jiang shifted in place before knocking again. This time there was a meowing sound from the other side of the door and some scratching followed by a muffled voice that belonged to Deimos. The door swung open to reveal... Gigan. The cat was standing there, starring up at Gera and Jiang before he gave a meowing sound, turning to look up toward the empty space next to him with his good eye. A moment later Deimos appeared in that spot, having been invisible when he'd opened the door as though he were worried about what might be on the other side. He looked at his Momma then over to Gera and his eyes went a little wide, "Gera?"

Well now he felt embarrassed... his hair was a bit of a mess, the dye was faded leaving his real hair color shining through, he was wearing a robe similar in style to what Jiang was wearing only in softer colors, and looking otherwise like he'd just gotten out of bed, "Ahh... hello... umm... come on if." He said, stepping out of the way, as did Gigan, to allow the heavy metal golem boy inside his room.

Deimos watched as his Momma checked to make sure things were already before he slowly headed out of the room to leave the two of them alone to talk. He heard the sound of his hooves on the stairs before he walked back over to his bed, sitting down on it. As he sat down Gigan jumped up onto the bed, walking across it and settled down on the pillows in a lazy manner. It would seem that, since Gera was here to take over, the cat meant to take a nap. It was hard to tell that once upon a time ago he used to be an alley cat...

"I'm okay." He said, lifting his hands up to run his fingers through his hair, trying to put it back into some sort of order before he looked over at his friend, "How about you? How have you been since we last ran into each other?" That was a while ago wasn't it? When they had gone for cupcakes he thought to himself, giving a little smile as he felt relaxed around his friend even if Gera was coming in a lot of dangerous, pointy looking metal bits that could possibly put out an eye... It was probably the soft glow he gave off that balanced out the parts of him that were scary, not to mention that Gera had only tried to be nice to him, even going so far as amusing him with his metal shifting powers from time to time.

Deimos blinked a couple times at that, "Ahh... I don't?" He paused in his attempts to fix his hair then lowered his hands to his lap, "I suppose I do kind of need a shower... I haven't gotten one today." Or yesterday. Oh no, when did he get one last? The idea was a little frightening since he couldn't really recall exactly, he'd been hiding out for a while from all the scary things that had taken over town and the television... erk, that meant he was likely covered in germs! The idea was frightening in and of itself since he could end up ill due to the germs.

"I will be alright, its just... not safe to go outside." He explained, maybe once the scary things that had taken over out there were dealt with he could wander around at will once more? He sure hoped so. Pushing up to his feet he walked over toward the sliding door near to Gera, "Maybe I should get changed." He'd been wearing this robe a couple days now, hadn't he? Ick... that needed remedied.

Deimos gave a slight jump at the creaking sound, turning to look toward Gera before he gave him a smile when he saw the way his friend was rearranging his armor to make himself less sharp and pointy. He couldn't help but to felt thankful for that, he looked a whole lot safer now he thought as he shrugged out of the robe he was wearing and tossed it over to where his laundry basket was standing.

"Yeah, I was out there a while ago and... it was horrible! There were a bunch of pumpkins sitting around on the neighbors porches smiling me in in a scary manner, some people's yards were invaded by skeletons and scarecrows and all manner of other horrible things! They haven't gotten into our yard from what I can see from the windows but I bet that's cause Daddy Rey is keeping them away." He shivered in dislike of all the weird things crawling around outside.

He opened up his closet to take out a fresh robe, shaking it out before he pulled it on. Comfortable clothing was best at the moment since he wasn't really going anywhere anyway. He turned around to look over at Gera, stepping closer to him, and rested a hand on his arm, "Thank you, for dealing with all that stuff to come all the way here to see me." He told his friend, grateful to have such a brave friend.

"Over a couple of days ago?" He asked, tying the sash of robe around his middle before he looked a little confused, the invasion of frightening creatures and smiling, evil pumpkins was over...? Had someone stopped it? He seemed to be thinking it over, "Are you sure?" He asked, surely it wasn't easy to defeat an army of such things? Then again if it were Gera out battling the pumpkin army he supposed that it was something doable.

"Make believe?" He sounded a little skeptical, "There was a lot of scary things on the television though... One person on the news said that there were a bunch of haunted houses and for some reason people wanted to go and visit them!" Teen or not Deimos was unable to overcome the many fears that he had, try as he might. He had been doing so well to but the holiday seemed to have derailed any progress that he might have had until this point. He really needed to get back on track but his family seemed to kind of coddle him and didn't want to push the boy to hard when it came to getting him to go back out and about once more into the world.

He slid his closest door closed before turning to face Gera, "I do hope that your Aunt is right though." How nice would that be?

Deimos turned to look at Gera who seemed to be following around closely behind him and he found himself relaxing a little. This version of Gera was one that he could understand a bit better. It wasn't that he didn't like the normal, talkative, more human like Gera but this one was the one he had first met. He turned around to face him, giving his protective metal friend a smile, "I hope that she is right, I would be happy if it were over already." He would be able to go outside again, perhaps? It would be nice... he kind of missed the fresh air.

"You would show me...?" He murmured, looking thoughtful. If anyone could look after him and keep the dangerous things out there away it would be Gera he thought to himself before he gave a slow nod, "I would need to find my shoes." His room was kept completely spotless after a conversation he'd had with Vance about how messy rooms invited in hordes of bed bugs... yet despite that he always seemed to misplace his shoes regardless which made him wonder if something or someone wasn't stealing them.

He walked forward, leaning over to peek under his bed, reaching under it in a very slow and overly cautious manner as though he were expecting his arm to be mauled by some sort of under the bed monster while he groped about for his shoes.
