Those damn rock and rollers sure know how to party.
You really haven't lived till you've been to one.
And this is your opportunity.

With the long awaited return of Death Dolls guitarist, Dresden, finally here, the eccentric front man has decided to throw him the party of the century. And EVERYONE is invited. Wouldn't be much of a party if they weren't, right?

Come party it up and enjoy the presence of the famous band! Located of course in the penthouse suite of the Hilton Hotel.

Post to join, have fun!

----------------? Dresden, guitarist of the band Death Dolls, was now standing in an air port - staring at his cellphone. The name Salem was on the screen, his thumb lingering over the call button. You're probably wondering what happened, why the inseparable friends had parted and hadn't spoken for what seemed like forever. Well when the mismagius had received a very grim phone call from his frantic mother about his father's death that had been the breaking point for him. He had to go and console and care for his mother, and he needed a break from his rock n' roll lifestyle, and time to evaluate his relationship with his now dead father.

Now his mother was stable and able to care for herself and had encouraged him to go and continue to chase his dreams, she didn't want to see him die without having achieved all that he ever wanted, like his father hadn't. And so he was back in the big city he had once called home, and he missed the hell out of his best friend and comrade in debauchery. After a deep breath, he hit the call button, holding the phone to his ear, waiting to hear that familiar voice that everyone knew.

Salem stood there, leaned over the sink just staring at himself. The usual ritual which had become much more prominent since his best friend had left. The two had been completely inseparable, best friends since the moment they met. Yet now he was gone and it seemed like it had been ages. Salem ached inside, despite his excitable and happy personality he was shoving the pain deep down.

Pulled from his mirror trance, he was now looking for that damned phone as it rang. He hated the thing truly, he never felt like he could express himself properly without it being in person. He finally found it, messed away in his clothes in the suite he was staying in. He looked at it for a moment, tilting his head to the side.

The screen read "Call From: Dresden". He froze, what could he say? Finally he hit the talk button, "Hello?" he said then waited a moment, "....I miss you." He said before breaking into a silent cry, not wanting to upset Dresden.

----------------? Dresden fell silent for a moment as he heard Salem on the other end. And he could just hear the pain in his friend's voice, but everything would be ok now - it had to be. "I..yeah.." he said quietly, as he awkwardly looked around the airport. Standing still like he was had started to grab some attention. After all, he was some famous guitarist that had run off for reasons that weren't disclosed to the press, and any one that may be recognizing him now was having to think if it was him or a look a like, he figured he just had a couple of minute to split before getting approached - which he didn't want.

"My mother..and well..yeah. I'm at the airport now..I just got back." he said as he began to exit the building, sliding on a pair of big sunglasses and pushing his colorful dreads beneath the collar of his jacket. "You still at the Hilton?" he inquired, keeping his sentences short and to the point. He didn't know what to say really. But if Salem was ready to have him back, he was ready to be back. He really wanted to be off the phone and where ever the sableye was now, he shared the tiny rock star's disdain for phones and wanted so much just to receive a big tight hug right about now.

Salem sighed, wiping away the tears. It seemed everything would be okay, he hoped anyway. "Yeah, I'm still here..." he said trailing off, "You could have called sooner, I would have picked you up," he said looking around the suite. Then it hit him. What kind of welcome home would this be without a party.

"Well I have a few things to take care of before you get here," he said, smiling now. "So I will see you soon!" he said and hung up, now feeling much better.

No one knew how to spread the word like Salem. He would have the party going before the mismagius even set foot in the hotel. First he sent a few simple text messages. Then a few phone calls. And before you knew it, he was yelling out the window, calling out to anyone at all who wanted to join in the fun. Soon enough the suite was becoming packed and Salem had set up a table of booze with some chips and whatever else room service could muster up for his party.

The tiny rocker was carrying around a bottle of vodka, taking swigs and dancing in the crowd.

Star Fukushima sat in the back seat of her sleek, black, stretched limousine. Her deep blue eyes gazing outside through the dark tinted window. Her bubblegum pink hair was braided and tied into a side ponytail. Two matching pink clefairy ears poked out of her hair. Upon her body was a fitted black t-shirt with a clefairy upon the chest. She wore pink skinny jeans and white flats upon her feet. Around her neck was a black and pink headphones, a thin cord connecting her headphones to her iPod in her pocket. Out of the speakers of her headphones, Telephone by Lady Gaga and Beyonce played on full blast. Star continued to gaze out the window. Beside her, was her charizard manager. He was shouting into his bluetooth. Ordering and demanding. The clefairy glanced over at him. He appeared to be yelling at himself. As if he was a mad man. Star turned her head back to the window.

The limousine slowed to a stop, resting at an intersection, near the Hilton Hotel. Beyond the limousine, she could hear the shouts of a male from a balcony of the hotel. She couldn't make out what he was shouting. And she was curious. Her finger glided over the controls of her window and pressed down the button, lowering the tinted window glass. His voice was much clearer now. A party? How fun! Star hadn't been to a party in a while. One that wasn't boring or dull. Star felt tempted to join the fun. Hey. Why not? Her hand reached for the handle of the car door, opening it. She swung the car door open and stepped onto the street. The charizard turned to her, seeing that she had opened the door and exposed herself as the celebrity, Star Fukushima. He began to shout in her direction, but his voice was drowned in the sounds of the city. Ignoring him, Star darted toward the doors of the Hilton.

Once reaching the lobby, she made a sharp turn to the hallway of elevators. A high pitched ding made her flinch, then turn to the elevator door. With excitement, she leaped into the elevator car and pressed the button of the level where the party was held. Star waited patiently as the elevator reached her destination. As the metallic doors slid open, she ran toward the sound of pounding music. She found herself at the end of the hallway. An open door with people crowded inside the suite. She giggled and entered. Pulsing techno music and remixed pop and rock songs played. She giggled and began to head into the center of the suite, slipping into the crowd of the grinding, dancing bodies. Before she knew it, the music flowed right through her slender, curvy body, sending her hips to sway to the beat of the music.

----------------> Dresden was now out in the cold night air, and rather pleased that he had worn his heavy jacket with fur inlays. He wore the collar up, not just for the warmth of the pink fur, but also to hide away his telling dreads that always gave him away. Sometimes their band was able to hide in a crowd, sometimes they weren't - it all depended on the type of people. Because to the metal circuit they walked on a tower of fame, but to the people that never ventured into the underground that was metal, their name meant nothing. Honestly, Dresden preferred it that way, and he was sure that his friend Salem agreed. They lived the life that they wanted, and all the bumps that the mismagius went through couldn't tarnish his musical career. This was what he assured himself, and that despite the death of his father who he had tried to tirelessly to impress, he would still play his music, still love his music, and still live life surrounded by his music.

He had called for a car ahead of time and when he exited the building, he found it waiting for him. It was a 2008 black Camaro, he bought the vehicle and had paid to had it driven here to wait for him. It was like a welcome home gift to himself, and really he rarely showered himself with gifts that the money his career brought him could buy. He just didn't like to see spoiled a** brats in the music industry. But the vehicle was something he'd wanted and denied himself. He was now very pleased with the sight of it. A man waited by the car, with the keys to the vehicle. When Dresden walked up, he passed them off without a word, as the mismagius had previously requested over the phone.

He got into the vehicle and soon afterward reached into a bag that he'd set in the passengers seat, pulling out a cd case and popping in the first disc that he found. Once the music came through the speakers, he headed off down the road. The ride went by with him drowning out his thoughts in the music. He was happy to be back, and to be going to see his friend, and he was so happy to think that he was being welcomed back to his band by Salem's open arms. But he was still the troubled youth that he had always been, worrying now about his lonely mother, and thinking on the loss of his father, but he pushed those thoughts back behind the beats and guitar riffs.

When he arrived at the Hilton he saw people rushing in, hurried, screaming, ready to party. It was a sight he'd become all too used to around Salem and it put a smile on his face with the knowledge that this must be a welcome home gift for him. Well he tucked the pink fur lining of his coat in as best as he could to conceal his identity at least until he arrived. After locking the doors to the vehicle he rushed in, mixing with the crowd into the elevator.

Getting up to the right floor he was now able to hear....techno? What the hell was with that? Salem knew better, and had better taste (in Dresden's opinion the only real music was rock and metal). This was how he deduced that one of the guests must have put on this music. As he arrived at the open door, he shouted out, being sure to be loud enough for everyone, especially Salem, to hear. "The hell is this garbage? Salem you should know me better!" he made a mock disgusted face at the music and then released a laugh, figuring that the light-hearted approach would bring a smile to the sableye's face.

After he'd announced this, he pulled his dreads loose of his jacket, letting the jacket itself hang open for his bare chest to be seen by the world (actually he was self conscious to an extent but he'd become used to his body being seen over time), and he shoved the sunglasses into his pocket. He had left his bags in his car, but brought along something better - his guitar which he now tossed upon a nearby bed as he ran over to the stereo, popping in a cd of the Death Dolls music instead and snapped the techno cd in half. If it was Salem's, it served him right for playing techno music at a party meant for him.

Salem noticed a bubble gum pink clothed and haired girl come in that he vaguely recognized as a pop star. He found it strange that a pop star would have any interest in a party thrown by a metal band, but as with everyone she was of course welcome. And she seemed to be enjoying herself, so that was good as well.

Suddenly he could hear that familiar voice of the crowd, Dresden has arrived. The crowd quieted for a moment as the music changed, it was now the Death Dolls. Salem swayed a bit, listening to his own voice growling and the voice of their old female vocalist who was long gone and the drummer who was like her. Dresden and Salem definitely had a lot of work to do if they were to piece things back together, but he was sure they could do it.

He approached his friend at the stereo and sat down the bottle. He embraced the other purple haired boy in a hug. Salem was dwarfed by him, but he was by everyone. "I missed you!" he said, then pulled away, "Let's party!"

----------------> Dresden happily took the tiny rock star into a hug, holding tightly to him. "I missed you too Salem.." he said softly, quietly enough that only those right up on the two of them would have been able to hear it, a small smile over his lips. "Of course." the mismagius agreed with a laugh at the sableye's announcement of the party really starting now. It felt nice to truly be home, and back into the life style that had become so much a part of him. He let the sound of his own guitar riff burn through him, letting his eyes slip closed for a moment to just feel the music and then when they opened again his hips swayed with the sound as he made his way back towards the bed, greeting briefly the fans that approached him, wearing a smile the whole way. He didn't like to disappoint fans, and even though he didn't often feel like smiling - he tried to always wear one for them. Right now however, was one of the times that the smile was real and he was just so happy to be here.

He caught sight of tufts of pink hair in the crowd, and it was a face that had been on the television a lot lately. A tiny little pop star, what an odd sight to see in the room of a metal band, but perhaps she was into music other than her own genre. Either way, he hoped he hadn't offended her with his out burst, but really music like that was just such rubbish to him and he wasn't about to sit through it and ruin his good mood. Plus the people that were here were fans of theirs for the most part (though some were just people looking for a party), and so why not give the crowd what they really wanted to see? Which of course translated to Salem and Dresden and the music that they created.

Once he'd made it through the crowd and to the bed where is guitar lay, he pulled the beloved instrument from the case. He hadn't played her in what seemed like forever, having abandoned music during the time that he grieved over the death of his father. He ran a hand lovingly down the bridge of the guitar and then snapped himself out of it and back into what he had been doing. He rushed over to a nearby amp, plugging the instrument in and then jumping up on the bed which now became the stage for his first performance in over a month.

He slammed the pick down the strings to bring attention to the fact that he was ready to play, the fact that Dresden was in fact back and ready for the world again. He could do this, he assured himself that he could. His time with his mother had been without music because his father had always been a guitarist, and Dresden had spent his life living the dream they both shared. It made him feel awful to play after his father's death but now he had come to grips with it, and knew that though his father wasn't the most loving, he would never have asked Dresden to stop playing just because he couldn't any longer. Now the mismagius played along with the song that boomed through the big speakers, bouncing around a bit on the bed as he did such. It took no time at all for every note and riff to come back to him, just like riding a bicycle, for Dresden guitar was something he could never forget how to do.

Star Fukushima continued to dance to the techno music. She was enjoying herself. She hadn't been to a party in ages. The clefairy continued to dance in the crowd of people. No one seemed to recognize her. But she didn't care. Honestly, she didn't want people to know who she was. Star hated being mauled by crazed fans. It was tiring and painful. Star then heard the music stop. The dancing came to a stop. The sound of the people in the crowd crying in unison, calling out aw's. Star looked toward the stereo with huge speakers. She saw two of the Death Doll bandmates. She watched as the man with purple dreads split the techno music in half and tossed it to the ground. She waited for the music to return. She didn't care what kind it was. There was silent around the room until the sound of the Death Dolls music came booming through the speakers. Everyone cheered happily and began to enjoy the dark music. Star giggled. Her manager would kill her to find out she went to a metal party. But the clefairy could care less. She loved metal rock. She loved all genres of music. Her voice just suited pop music.

Star smiled. To be honest, she loved the Death Dolls. They were her favorite metal band. She giggled and began to bang her head to the music like a rock star. Sure, she looked ridiculous. Being the famous pop star and all. But she was enjoying herself. Then, after the song ended, a loud riff of a guitar came from behind her. She looked to see Dresden, his guitar in hand. He began to play and she cheered with the crowd in unison. The clefairy smiled with great happiness. Then, the next song began to play and he played along. His guitar matching his guitar in the song. She giggled and began to enjoy the music. She would remember her playing Death Dolls in her bedroom. On High. She would pretend to play air guitar and her sister would come in and scream for her to stop the loud music. She giggled. Star wanted to become a musician of many genres. Not just one. But no. Her manager said only one and her voice suited pop. Oh well. She enjoyed it anyways. Especially when she could remix the songs on her computer.

Star continued to enjoy the loud music.

Edan had been just sitting around on the couch in his apartment, watching whatever was randomly on the television (at the moment it was cartoon network's adult swim but it could change with any whim from the bassist) but then he heard the chime of his cellphone, 'Babe I'll be a flat liner for a heartkiller~' chimed from the tiny device. He flipped it open to see that he had a text. Click open. One of his friends saying that there was a party at the Hilton that Edan just HAD to go to.

The vulpix gave a bit of a laugh at the supposed urgency of the message. Click reply.

'Alright. Maybe.
-Edan'

That was the simple text that he sent them, it meant that he would show up. That was as close to a yes as the vulpix really got. Immediately after sending the text, he let his phone drop into the seat that he got up from. He went into his bathroom, fixing his hair up into soft tufts fall over his head and down behind it, tucking the tail end of it into a pony band. Then he dressed himself in his usual attire along with a small black leather jacket (adorned with pins, buttons, and studs), which he now zipped up over the small mesh shirt that was the only thing covering his bare chest.

After this he grabbed the phone, seeing that he had a new text. Click open. 'See you there.' it said, of course they had learned him well. Not too long after, the red head made it into the city and parked his vehicle in the Hilton parking lot. He heard the nearby crowds that rushed into the towering building excitedly announcing that they couldn't wait to get to the penthouse suite where there favorite band was at, throwing a party. A famous band? Sounded like this would be a great time, he didn't regret coming.

After making his way into the building and riding the elevator up it to the right floor, the crowd led the way to the door - as did the booming music. After a few moments of listening he soon recognized the song. 'It can't be..' were his thoughts. The music was a Death Dolls song, it couldn't be them. His mind fell back to the vision of a tiny rockstar with spikes pressed through his chest.

He entered the room and saw clearly the guitarist of the band up on the band, playing a riff along with the song - normally a sight that he would have liked to see but he didn't see Salem, the sableye was too short and hidden in the crowd if he was here..but then again.. Edan had seen him die with his own eyes. But Edan had also experienced a death himself - yet here he was. The only singer that the vulpix did catch sight of was a pop star, his thoughts didn't linger on the little lady that plagued the television as of late, even though seeing her at a metal band party was surprising. Stars like that and Miley Cyrus, and Justin Bieber weren't the kind of people that you expected to see in this kind of scene.

Salem continued to work the crowd while Dresden played. It was clear, Dresden was back. Salem could hardly contain the happiness within his tiny body. He wanted to dance harder, drink more, and get higher. But of course he wouldn't push it. He'd done that one too many times and this night wasn't the night for that. This was Dresden's night.

Salem soon found himself dancing closer to the front of the room, his hips rocking. And that's when he stopped dead in his tracks. It couldn't be.... It was the vulpix from his dream! Or was it a dream? The painful memory of the spikes returned to him and he was completely frozen.

He wanted anything but to ruin the party. But he began to shiver a bit as though he'd seen a ghost. He didn't know what to do. Should he approach him and find out the answers he'd been wanting for so long? Or just continue on partying like he'd never seen the man?

Edan saw Salem look at him, he'd seen him, he had to. And just then he recalled how the sableye and vulpix had gotten off on the wrong foot that night, the night that they met, before Salem died. In a mimic of the night before, the red head decided to play it off as though he had caught the tiny rock star staring at him in the same manner as before. He slid the zipper down on the small leather jacket that he wore and held the sides open, displaying his nearly naked upper body and making a hand motion down it, raising an eyebrow with a stare right at Salem.

It was then that he took the opportunity to approach the shorter male. When he'd made it close enough through the crowd to do such, he leaned in closer towards Salem's ear to speak over the music, "You're.." but he cut himself off, 'alive' his mind completed the sentence but he realized how ridiculous it sounded. What if the sableye didn't remember that night? What if Edan was just crazy? He cleared his throat and continued trying to play it off like he was just surprised to see a star at the party, "Salem right? I'm Edan. Caught you staring." he added, trying to pretend that all was normal, giving the rock star a nudge with his elbow.

He continued the psuedo-casual conversation, "I guess you guys are why my friend was so excited to go to this party." he was watching Salem closely, every move just reminding him of that night in that horrible house all for the money that now resided in his new bank account. He had to wonder, what was Salem thinking now? Had that night just been a delusion and he was now acting casual towards a rock star that had just caught sight of the vulpix in a crowd. Or was Salem now wondering the same things about that haunted house that Edan was?

Salem noticed the slight hesitation. God, he just had to know! "I....well..." he couldn't think of interesting enough comment. His brain was completely wrapped up in remembering what he couldn't decide was dream or reality. So he just stood there for a moment, his thoughts lost in the crowd that had a life of it's own, and his music which played through the speakers beautifully. The rocker just had to know, he didn't care if he seemed crazy or not.

"Come with me for a minute," he requested and grab the other man's wrist. He pulled him into the bathroom quickly hiding the black leather pack that held all his heroin. He looked at Edan for another moment, still unsure. The sableye seated himself on the toilet. He tried to piece the words together in his head, but they sounded no less than crazy. "I......I remember you," he said, it seemed like the best choice. Because if the vulpix didn't remember him he could just play it off. Or so he hoped anyway.

He'd been wandering the streets after a business deal when he heard it, a familiar voice shouting down from somewhere rather high. When he did look up he caught sight of a familiar hair color slipping back into the hotel room and out of sight. He didn't get much of a look, but the voice, the glimpse of color, the promise of a party, it was all enough to put a playful grin on his face and entice him into the high end hotel, darting over and running alongside the many other excited faces, into the building, into the hotel, up the many levels of expensive floors.

His red eyes scanned the hotel decor's details briefly, just long enough to raise his eyebrows at how much the building probably cost in total to put together, and to stay in. Before long, the mirrored elevator reached the floor that many fingers had jammed into the floor button just inside the doors. The entrance, and exit, of the packed transportation slid open after a rather perfectly pitched 'bing', and the crowd of party goers and fans rushed out in a flurry, sweeping the Haunter along with it.

When he did reach the apparently right room, rather quickly in fact, the blaring music that could be heard and felt on the entire floor filled Shin's ears, his face lighting up as the beats coursed his veins quicker than his own blood. He almost immediately started moving his body to the beat, the synced guitar playing from the man on the room's bed only increasing the urge, until he caught sight of the familiar face he suspected was the one that shouted out the balcony. It surprised him, though, when he saw who was accompanying the shorter man who pulled the Vulpix into the bathroom.

Shin paused to think to himself for a few moments, his mind going over the 'dream' that forever ruined a famed nursery song for him, before gradually wiggling his way over to the bathroom, which took a bit longer than he was used to because of the moving, meshing and crashing crowd of bodies. Once finally reaching the bathroom door, after stepping out of the border of bodies, he leaned over after a moment, pressing his palms and an ear to the door to give a little listen before actually intruding.
'Nothing wrong with a little investigating~' he rationalized in his mind, moving a hand to plug his free ear with a finger, trying to better listen to the voices behind the door.

[[ Ahhh...I'm just assuming that the bathroom door is closed. ;; ]]
