This old bulding is located in the rear o the city behind the trade market. It houses the men and women who study magic there whole life. It has a musty smell of old books, papers, and you can smell the ingredents they use in there studys. It is hard to get into there group and even harder to get into there inner circle. Since the segie they have been employed by the city and lord in the defense and all so come up with ways to use creatures in the army and such. They are a powerful group, competting with the Fighters Guild, and the Guards of the City.
